Սիրիայում Իսլամական պետության կենտրոնի՝ ալ-Ռակկայի ուղղությամբ սիրիական բանակի և քրդական ուժերի ձեռնարկած ռազմական գործողությունների մասին վերջին շրջանում շատ է խոսվում:
Հիշյալ գործողությունների գրանցած արդյունքները, մեղմ ասած, հուսադրող չեն: Փորձենք հասկանալ, թե ինչու է այդպես:
Սիրիական բանակի ունեցած ռեսուրսները բավարար չեն իսլամականների կենտրոնը գրավելու համար: Այսօր առավոտյան նույնիսկ տեղեկություն ստացվեց, որ այն առաջխաղացումը, որ կառավարական ուժերն ունեցել էին ալ-Ռակկայի ուղղությամբ, ձախողվել է: Սիրիական բանակը թողել է նախկին ազատագրված տարածքները և հեռացել Սիրիայի այս հատվածից:
Քրդական ուժերի կողմից մեկ ամիս առաջ դեռևս սկսված ալ-Ռակկայի օպերացիայի մասին շատ էր շրջանառվում քրդական ԶԼՄ-ներում: Արդյունքում քրդերը հասկացան, որ բավական լավ ամրացած ու պաշտպանված ալ-Ռակկայի վրա հարձակումը կարող է բացասական հետևանքներ ունենալ Սիրիայի քրդերի համար (միայնակ քրդական ուժերն ուղղակի տանուլ կտային ալ-Ռակկայի համար ճակատամարտը), և շատ արագ քրդերը թեքեցին հարվածի ուղղությունը դեպի արևմուտք՝ Մանբիջի կողմ (նշենք, որ այս հատվածում էլ դեռևս քրդերը խնդիրներ ունեն իսլամականների կողմից վերահսկվող Մանբիջն ամբողջությամբ ազատագրելու համար):
Պարզ է մի բան՝ Իսլամական պետությանը Սիրիայում հաղթելու համար ռազմգործողությունները պետք է սկսել ոչ թե երկրի կենտրոնում՝ իսլամականների կենտրոնի՝ ալ-Ռակկայի դեմ ռազմգործողություններից, այլ Սիրիայի հյուսիսային հատվածից՝ սիրիա-թուրքական սահմանից՝ զրկելով իսլամականներին Թուրքիայից եկող աջակցությունից և այս հատվածում իսլամականների համար կարևոր նշանակություն ունեցող բնակավայրերի (Դաբիկ, ալ-Բաբ և այլն) ազատագրումից:
