ԵՄ-ն Թուրքիային հիշեցրել է վիզայի ազատականացման պայմանը

Եվրամիությունը Թուրքիայի հիշեցրել է, որ վիզայի ազատականացման հարցում անօրինական փախստականներին հետ ընդունելու հետ միասին առաջադրված 72 պայմանների ամբողջությամբ կյանքի կոչելը պարտադիր է:
Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, գերմանական Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung թերթին տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է ԵՄհանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ժան-Կլոդ Յունկերը:
«Եթե Թուրքիան վիզայի չեղարկման հարցում առանց բացառությամբ կատարի միության կողմից որոշված 72 պայմանները, այդ ժամանակ թուրք քաղաքացիների համար վիզայի ազատանակացման համար խոչընդոտ չի մնա», -ասել է նա:
ԵՄ հանձնաժողովի նախագահն անդրադարձել է նաեւ փախստականներին Թուրքիայի կողմից ետ ընդունելու խնդրին:
«Եթե Թուրքիայի նախագահ Թայիփ Էրդողանը լրջորեն վերաբերվի եւ անվերապահորեն իրագործի փախստականներին ետ ընդունելու համաձայնագիրը, ապա Եվրոպան էլ կչեղարկի թուրքերի համար վիզան: Հակառակ դեպքում, Էրդողանը պետք է թուրք ժողովրդին բացատրի, թե ինչու ԵՄ-ն նրանց համար չի վերացնում վիզան», -նշել է նա:
Բեռլինում կազմակերպված Eirope Calling համաժողովում ունեցած ելույթում Եվրոխորհրդարանի նախագահ Մարտին Շուլցը հունիսի 21-ին հայտարարել էր, որ Թուրքիայի քաղաքացիների համար ԵՄ մուտքի արտոնագրի ազատականացման գործընթացը դադարեցվել է այդ երկրի նախագահ Էրդողանի ավտորիտար գործողությունների պատճառով:
«Վիզայի ազատականացման համար Թուրքիան պետք է կատարեր մի շարք չափանիշներ: Սակայն, դրանք ամբողջությամբ չեն կատարվել: Դրանցից մեկն էլ, որը պետք է պարտադիր փոփոխվի, ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարի օրենքն է: Այդ օրենքը չփոխելուն զուգահեռ թուրքական ղեկավարությունն այն օգտագործեց պատգամավորների անձեռնմխելիությունը վերացնելու համար», -ասել է նա:
Մարտին Շուլցի խոսքով` «Թուրքիայում լրագրողների եւ պատգամավորների նկատմամբ ճնշումները հակասում են ժողովրդավարության բոլոր հիմնարար արժեքներին»:
«Դրանք նախագահ Էրդողանի ավտորիտար գործողությունների միակ օրինակները չեն», -ասել էր Եվրախորհրդարանի ղեկավարը` նշելով, որ դժվար թե վերսկսվի Թուրքիայի հետ վիզայի ազատականացման գործընթացը:
«Փախստականների խնդրի հետ կապված Թուրքիայի հետ սերտորեն աշխատելու կողմնակից եմ: Սակայն, դեմ եմ Անկարայի կառավարությանն ամեն տեսակի փոխհատուցում վճարելուն: Հենց այդ պատճառով էլ դադարեցրել եմ Եվրոպայի Խորհրդարանում վիզայի ազատականացման գործընթացը», -ընդգծել էր նա:
