Թբիլիսիում հասկանում են, որ ՆԱՏՕ-ին Վրաստանի անդամակցությունը երկարաժամկետ գործընթաց է

Վրաստանը հետամուտ Է ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ դառնալու իր նպատակին, բայց դրա համար երկար ժամանակ կպահանջվի: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ՌԻԱ Նովոստիին հայտարարել Է Վրաստանի խորհրդարանի արտաքին կապերի կոմիտեի նախագահ Թեդո Ջափարիձեն:
«Մենք հասկանում ենք միջազգային հարաբերությունների ընդհանուր համատեքստը: Մեր նպատակը մնում Է նախկինը՝ մենք պետք Է դառնանք ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ, սակայն մենք դա ռացիոնալ ու իրատեսական ենք գնահատում եւ հասկանում ենք, որ այն երկարաժամկետ գործընթաց Է: Վրաստանը կդառնա ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ, մենք դրանում վստահ ենք, բայց մենք չենք ասում, որ դա պետք Է տեղի ունենա վաղը կամ մյուս օրը, դրա համար կարող են պահանջվել երկար տարիներ: Մեզ համար շատ կարեւոր Է այդ նպատակին տանող բուն գործընթացը, քանի որ ամեն ինչ կապված Է բարեփոխումների, ժողովրդավարական գործընթացների ուժեղացման, տնտեսության զարգացման հետ»,-հայտարարել Է Ջափարիձեն հարցազրույցում:
Պատգամավորը հավելել Է, որ ՆԱՏՕ-ի՝ Վարշավայում կայանալիք գագաթնաժողովում Վրաստանը դաշինքի անդամակցման գործողությունների ծրագիր չի ստանա, սակայն դա սկզբունքային կարեւորություն չունի:
«Մենք երկար ժամանակ հարաբերություններ ունենք ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ: Բոլոր համար պարզ Է, որ Վրաստանը անդամակցման գործողությունների ծրագիր չի ստանա գագաթնաժողովում, այդ որոշումն արդեն ընդունված Է, բայց հարկ Է նշել, որ ծրագիրը ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ մեզ կապող գործիքներից մեկն Է, նույնիսկ առանց դրա երկիրը կարող Է դառնալ ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ, եւ Վրաստանը շարունակում Է առաջ շարժվել դեպի իր նպատակը»,-հավելել Է Ջափարիձեն:
Պատգամավորը «սուր հարց» Է համարել Աբխազիայի եւ Հարավային Օսիայի տարածքների թեման, որը խանգարող գործոն Է ՆԱՏՕ-ին երկրի ինտեգրացման գործընթացում:
«ՆԱՏՕ-ն, ելնելով իր քաղաքականությունից, ձեռնպահ Է մնում այն երկրներին ընդունելուց, որոնք տարածքային հակամարտություն ունեն, սակայն ՆԱՏՕ-ում գոյություն ունեցող մեխանիզմները հնարավորություն են տալիս հետաձգել նման դժվարին հարցերի քննարկումը… Համաձայն եմ, որ մենք, հավանաբար, պետք Է աշխատենք այդ հարցի կարգավորման վրա»,-նշել Է Թեդո Ջափարիձեն:
