 Երևան քաղաքի Արտաշատի խճուղու թիվ 5/7 հասցեի դիմաց գտնվող կամրջի մոտեցման հենապատի բետոնի ամրացման համար մետաղյա վահանները հաշվելու ընթացքում 2015 թվականի նոյեմբերի 1-ին՝ ժամը 10:00-ի սահմաններում, շինարարության բանվոր Ռազմիկ Ա.-ն կանգնել է բետոնին հենված վահանի վրա, որի ժամանակ հողի շերտը պոկվել, թափվել է նրա վրա, ինչի հետևանքով վերջինս ստացել է մարմնական վնասվածքներ: Այս մասին Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության լրատվական ծառայությունից:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 157-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ և տևական ժամանակ կատարվել նախաքննություն:

Կատարված քննության ընթացքում որոշում է կայացվել հանցակազմի բացակայության հիմքով կարճել քրեական գործով վարույթը, որի օրինականությունը ստուգվել է դատախազի կողմից:

Այնուհետև  վերադաս դատախազը որոշում է կայացրել վերացնել քրեական գործով կարճված վարույթը ու գործի փաստական հանգամանքներով պայմանավորված` բազմակողմանի, լրիվ և օբյեկտիվ քննությունը երաշխավորելու անհրաժեշտությունից ելնելով՝ քրեական գործը հանձնել է ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության քննիչի վարույթին:

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
