Գագիկ Մինասյանը Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի հանդիպման արդյունքները դրական է համարում

Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում Հայաստանի, Ռուսաստանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահների հանդիպման արդյունքները ցույց են տալիս, որ գործընթացը գնում է այն հունով, որը շահավետ է հայկական կողմի համար: Հունիսի 22-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը նման կարծիք հայտնեց ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գագիկ Մինասյանը: «Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում քննարկումները գնացել են մինչ այդ Վիեննայում կայացած քննարկման տրամաբանության մեջ: Վիեննայում կարևորվել էր շփման գծի երկայնքով միջադեպերի հետաքննության մեխանիզմների ներդրման և ԵԱՀԿ դիտորդական առաքելության կարողությունների հզորացման անհրաժեշտությունը: Մենք տեսանք, որ Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում եռակողմ հանդիպման արդյունքներով տարածվեց համատեղ հայտարարություն, որում արձանագրվեց ԵԱՀԿ դիտորդական առաքելության կարողությունների հզորացման անհրաժեշտությունը: Սրանով կարելի է ասել, որ փոքրիկ դրական քայÕ ¬ մենք արձանագրեցինք՝ հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ Ադրբեջանը մշտապես դեմ է արտահայտվել այդ առաջարկին»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Մինասյանը՝ ընդգծելով, որ Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում կայացած հանդիպման ընթացքում փոքր, սակայն ճիշտ ուղղությամբ քայլ է արվել:
Մինասյանը հիշեցրեց, որ հայտարարության մեջ կարևորվել է նման ձևաչափով հանդիպումների անցկացումը, ինչը պետք է լինի շարունակական և կարող է լրացնել Մինսկի խմբի շրջանակներում ընթացող գործընթացները: «Այս դեպքում շատ կարևոր է, որպեսզի մենք հետևողական լինենք, որ չստացվի այնպես, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման մանդատ ունեցող միջազգային միակ կառույցը՝ Մինսկի խումբը կորցնի իր կարևորությունը, ինչն Ադրբեջանի ցանկությունն է»,- ընդգծեց պատգամավորը:
Պատգամավորը նաև նկատեց, որ Ադրբեջանը հունիսի 20-ի հանդիպումից առաջ էլ նախկինի նման աչքի ընկավ իրեն հարիր պահվածքով՝ փորձելով ցույց տալ իր ուժը: Նրա խոսքով՝ եթե նախկինում Ադրբեջանը կարևոր հանդիպումներից առաջ դիվերսիոն հարձակումներ էր իրականացնում կամ շփման գծի ողջ երկայնքով խախտում էր հրադադարի ռեժիմը, ապա այս անգամ սկսեց լայնամասշտաբ զորավարժություններ անցկացնել, ինչը հակասում է Վիեննայում ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածություններին:
