ԵԱՀԿ դիտորդների ավելացմամբ ոչինչ չի փոխվի սահմանին

Աշոտ Եսայանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Պետերբուրգում կայացած հանդիպման արդյունքում այդքան էլ մեծ փոփոխություններ չեղան` բանակցային գործընթացի կարգավորմանն ուղղված, առավել շոշափելին դա ԵԱՀԿ դիտորդների թվի ավելացումն էր: Սա իհարկե ունի նպատակ շփման գշում նորմալացնելու հարաբերությունները, բայց Ադրբեջանը կրկին ատամներն է ցույց տալիս: Ինչպես գիտեք ադրբեջանական բանակը Նախիջևանի տարածքում զորավարժություններ է անցկացնում: Զորավարժությանը ներգրավվելու են շուրջ 25 հազար զինծառայող, 300 միավոր տանկ ու այլ զրահատեխնիկա, 100 միավոր հրթիռահրետանային կայանք, 40 միավոր ավիատեխնիկա, հատուկ նշանակության ստորաբաժանումներ, 30 միավոր ՀՕՊ համակարգեր:
Պատահական չէ, որ զորավարժությունները անցկացվում են նման խոշորամասշտաբ և պատահական չէ, որ Նախիջևանի տարածում, առավելևս պատահական չէ, երբ դա տեղի է ունենում դիտորդների թվի մեծացման ֆոնին:
Ադրբեջանը այս զորավարժություններով իցույց է դնում իր պատրաստակամությունը` ոչ խաղաղ ճանապարհով բանակցային գործընթացը ավարտին հասցնելու համար: Այսինքն, եթե հայկական կողմը չկատարի ադրբեջանի պահանջները, ապա ադրբեջանական բանակը կրկին անգամ ոտնձգություններ թույլ կտա իրեն, ընդհուպ մինչև խոշորամասշտաբ հարձակում:
Այն որ զորավարժությունները անցկացվում են Նախիջևանում, այդքան մոտիկ Երևանին, ադրբեջանական կողմը փորձում է հասկացնել, որ կարող է լարվածությունը բարձրացնել նաև հայկական սահմանի վրա և այնպես չստացվի, որ ՀՀ ԶՈՒ իր ամբողջ ուշադրությունը կենտրոնացնի դեպի Արցախ: Սա տակտիկա է, որը ենթադրում է ուժերի մասնատում և հարձակման դեպքում ավելի թույլ դիմակայության հանդիպելու ակնկալիք:
Ալիևի այս քայլը մեսիջ էր նաև Պուտինին, որ ադրբեջանը անկախ այն հանգամանքից ԵԱՀԿ դիտորդները ավելանալու են թե ոչ, ադրբեջանը չի պատրաստվում ձեռքերը ծալած նստել: Այսինքն մեծ հավով իչիք է դառնում Պետերբուրգում ձեռք բերված համաձայնությունը և դիտորդների ավելացմամբ մեծ հաշվով ոչինչ չի փոխվի:
Հ.Գ. Վերջիվերջո ինչպես այսքան տարիների ընթացքում են այդ ԵԱՀԿ դիտորդները կույր և համր ձևանալու համար նավթոտ և իկռայոտ դոլարներ դրել գրպանները, այնպես էլ հիմա կդնեն, միայն մեկ տարբերությամբ, որ Ալիևը ստիպված կլինի ավելի շատ «մարդկանց» և ավելի շատ մանաթ վճարել:
