1,9 մլրդ դրամի ներդրում էներգետիկ ոլորտում

Մարինա Ներսեսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
«Խաչատրյան եղբայրներ» ՍՊ ընկերությունը նպատակ ունի Սյունիքի մարզի Ծղուկ համայնքում կառուցել 4 մգվտ հզորությամբ փոքր հիդրոէներգակասկադ` օգտագործելով տարածքի գետերի ներուժը և արտադրելով էլեկտրաէներգիա: Ընկերությունը դիմել է կառավարություն, որպեսզի այդ գործունեության կազմակերպման համար օգտագործվող ապրանքների ներմուծման դեպքում մաքսային և հարկային մարմինների հաշվարկած ԱԱՀ գումարի վճարման ժամկետը հետաձգվի երեք տարով: Ընկերությունը նախատեսում է իրականացնել շուրջ 1,9 մլրդ դրամի ներդրում, որից 489 մլն դրամը` սարքավորում ձեռք բերելու համար:
Հաջորդ որոշմամբ կառավարությունը մտադիր է «Խաչատրյան եղբայրներ» ՍՊ ընկերության կողմից գերակա ոլորտում իրականացվող ներդրումային ծրագրով ներմուծվող տեխնոլոգիական սարքավորումները, դրանց բաղկացուցիչ ու համալրող մասերը, հումքը և նյութերն ազատել ներմուծման մաքսատուրքից: Պահանջվող սարքավորումները ներմուծվել են Չինաստանից, քանի որ ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրների տարածքում համապատասխան տվյալներով և օգտակար գործողության գործակցով հիդրոագրեգատներ չեն արտադրվում:
Ընկերությունն ակնկալում է, որ շինարարության ավարտին կստեղծվի մոտ մեկուկես տասնյակ աշխատատեղ` յուրաքանչյուրը 130 հազար դրամ միջին աշխատավարձով:
Տվյալ բնագավառում կառավարությունն իրականացնում է ներդրումների ներգրավման և նոր, որակյալ աշխատատեղերի ստեղծման քաղաքականություն, ուստի ավելի հավանական է, որ առաջիկա հունիսի 23-ի նիստի օրակարգ ներառված այս որոշումները կընդունվեն: Նախագիծը պատրաստել է ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունը` ՀՀ ֆինանսների, ՀՀ էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների, ՀՀ բնապահպանության, ՀՀ միջազգային տնտեսական ինտեգրման և բարեփոխման, ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարությունների և ՀՀ ԿԱ պետեկամուտների կոմիտեի աջակցությամբ:
