Ո՞րն է Մ6 մայրուղու տնտեսական նշանակությունը

Վերջին շրջանում անընդհատ խոսվում է տարբեր ճանապարհների շինարարությունների մասին: Հաճախ անգամ տեսակետներ են հնչում, թե ՀՀ ներկայիս սոցիալ-տնտեսական գերբարդ իրավիճակում կոմունիկացիաներին գումար հատկացնելը և այդօրինակ ծախսերն այդքան էլ ճիշտ չեն և չունեն էական նշանակություն: Ոմանք անգամ նշում են, որ Մ6 ճանապարհը տնտեսական առաջնային նշանակություն չունի, այն ներդրումները, որ նախատեսվում է անել մինչև 2020 թվականը՝ ճանապարհի վերջնական շահագործումը, չեն արդարանա:
Հարկ է հիշել, որ վրացական սահմանով ՀՀ մտնող «ֆուռերի» 60 տոկոսը նախընտրում է բեռը Երևան հասցնել հենց այս երթուղով, անգամ ձմռանը՝ ռելիեֆային բավականին անհարմար ու բարդ պայմաններում: Մայրուղին ունի միջին ծանրաբեռնվածություն, յուրաքանչյուր օր այս հատվածով անցնում է շուրջ 3000 մեքենա:
Ինչ վերաբերում է տնտեսական շահութաբերությանը՝ նշենք, որ Հայաստանի այս հատվածը միայն իր տուրիստական ոլորտով ունի բավականին մեծ հեռանկար: Նշյալ հատվածի պատմամշակութային արժեքները բավարար են ՀՀ հյուսիային հատվածի տուրիզմը զարգացնելու համար, իսկ զբոսաշրջիկին որևէ վայր հասցնելու համար առաջնայինը ժամանակակից կոմունիկացիան է:
Ճանապարաշինության և ճանապարհային հանգույցները յուրաքանչյուր երկրի համար ունեն ռազավարական և առաջնային գերկարևորություն, և, ըստ այդմ, յուրաքանչյուր իրավիճակում պետք է պատրաստ լինել ընդունել ցանկացած մարտահրավեր: ՀՀ դեպքում խնդիրն ունենում է նաև առաջնայություն այն առումով, որ Հայաստանը պատերազմող երկիր է և ցանկացած պահի կարող է պայթել տարածաշրջանային լուրջ բախումներ և հենց Մ-6-ը պետք է հանդիսանա կենտրոնի հետ կապող հուսալի և կարևոր կապը:
Նշեմ նաև, որ Համաշխարհային բանկի հատկացումներով 2014-15թթ-ին իրականացվեց Լոռվա տարածաշրջանում մեկ այլ` Ագարակ-Օձուն-Մ-6 ավտոճանապարհի վերանորոգումը, իսկ բոլորովին վերջերս վերակառուցվել է Լոռու մարզի մեկ այլ՝ Ստեփանավան-Գոգարան ստրատեգիական այլընտրանքային ճանապարհը, որը ՀՀ-ն կապում է Վրաստանի Շուլավեր բնակավայրի հետ: Հենց վերջին նշած երթուղին Մ6-ի շինաշխատանքների ժամանակ պետք է հանդիսանա բեռնատարների համար այլընտրանք, որի միջոցով՝ ընդամենը անցնելով 18 կմ, կարելի է հասնել Ստեփանավան-Երևան մայրուղի:
