Երևում է` ադրբեջանցիները գոհ չեն բանակցությունների արդյունքներից

Կարեն Վրթանեսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Սարգսյան-Ալիև-Պուտին հանդիպման արդյունքների մասին հայկական ու ռուսական կողմը տվեցին նույն տեքստը, ադրբեջանականը մեկ օր ձեն չհանեց (չհաշված, որ իրենց ԱԳՆ մամուլի խոսնակը Թվիթերում նույն այդ տեքստը share արեց), իսկ այսօր նախագահի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի մակարդակով մուտիլովկա արեցին. հայտարարեցին, թե Հայաստանն իբր համաձայնվել է հակամարտության կարգավորման «փուլային տարբերակին» (մենք միշտ պնդել ենք, որ միանգամից պիտի բոլոր հարցերը փակվեն, հակառակ դեպքում կարգավորում չի ստացվի)։
Մի քիչ ուշացած մուտիլովկեն, ենթադրում եմ, վկայում է այն մասին, որ ադրբեջանցիները գոհ չեն բանակցությունների արդյունքներից ու հիմա՝ շրջանառության մեջ մտցնելով այն կուտը, թե Սարգսյանն իբր համաձայնվել է հերթով տարածքները հանձնել, փորձում են Հայաստանի հասարակական կարծիքի միջոցով ճնշում գործադրել ՀՀ նախագահի վրա։
Չեմ զարմանա, որ հայկական կողմից այդ կուտը «ուտողներ» կլինեն, որովհետև շատ հարմար գործիք է նախընտրական այս շրջանում «всё пропало, гипс снимают» ոճի քարոզչություն վարելու համար։
Հ.Գ. Դատելով նախորդ ամսվա պաշտոնական հայտարարություններից, այն, ինչ Ադրբեջանը փորձում է որպես «փուլային տարբերակ» ներկայացնել, իրականում հայկական կողմի առաջ քաշած «Ի՞նչ բանակցություն, եթե սկի հրադադարի խախտումները գրանցելու մեխանիզմներ չկան» թեզն է։ Որն փուլ է, բայց ոչ թե հակամարտության կարգավորման, այլ բանակցային գործընթացի։
