Մարմնի կախարդական կետերը

Դուք չեք հավատա, սկայն դա իրոք այդպես է. եթե շփեք ափի վրայի այդ «կախարդական» կետերը, կարելի է ազատվել գլխացավից, ընկճվածությունից, տագնապներից, սրտի արագ բաբախումներից և, անգամ` ուժեղացնել սեռական կարողությունը:
Ուժի ակտիվացման կետ
Եթե մեկտեղեք բոլոր մատերի ծայրերը, ապա ուժի ակտիվացման կետը կգտնվի փոսի մեջ` ափի կենտրոնում: Եթե հոգնածություն եք զգում, ուժերի անկում, ընկճվածություն, քնկոտություն, ապա մերսեք այդ կետը 5-7 րոպե:
Ջերմության կետ
Ջերմության կետը գտնվում է միջնամատի ծայրամասային հատվածի բարձիկի վրա: Այդ կետի վրա ազդեցությունն օգնում է տաքանալ, խթանում է նյութափոխանակությունը, վերացնում է տագնապային տրամադրությունը: Այդ կետը կարելի է մերսել հուզական իրավիճակներում, օրինակ` քննությունից կամ կարևոր հանդիպումից առաջ:
Սրտի կետը
«Սրտային կետը» ճկույթի ծայրամասային հատվածի բարձիկի վրա է: Վերջինիս մերսումը թույլ է տալիս կարգավորել սրտի բաբախյունը:
Սեքսուալության կետը
Այն գտնվում է անանուն մատի եղունգի արմատից երեք միլիմեր դեպի վեր: Եթե հետաքրքրությունը կորցրել եք հակառակ սեռի նկատմամբ կամ սեռական ցանկությունը նվազել է, պետք է թեթև մերսմամբ արգելափակել անանուն մատի զուգահեռականով անցնող էներգետիկ հոսքերը:
Գլխացավը վերացնող կետ
Գտնվում է բութի և ցուցամատի միջև` ոսկորների հատման տեղում: Երբ բութը պառկում է կյանքի գծի մոտավորապես մեջտեղում, ցուցամատը դիտարկում ենք ափի հակառակ ուղղությամբ (կարելի է և հակառակը): Այստեղ պետք է ուժգին սեղմել: Եթե ցավ զգաք, ուրեմն կետը գտնված է: Երեք-չորս ուժգին սեղմում` և կարող եք մոռանալ հաբերի մասին:
