Հայաստանի տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտում մոտ 3000-4000 որակյալ կադրերի պակաս կա: Մասնավոր հատվածի կողմից պահանջված աշխատատեղերն ավելի շատ են, քան բուհերը կարողանում են առաջարկել: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` այս մասին հունիսի 22-ին խոսեց «Սինոփսիս Արմենիա» ընկերության տնօրեն Հովիկ Մուսայելյանը` ընկերություն այցելած ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանին ներկայացնելով ՏՏ ոլորտի զարգացման խնդիրները:
«Մինչև հանրակրթական դպրոցներում և բուհերում ուսանողները որակյալ կրթություն չստանան՝ դրական արդյունքների մասին խոսելն ուղղակի ավելորդ կլինի: Եթե երեք խնդիր նշելու լինեմ, երեքն էլ կասեմ՝ որակյալ կրթություն: Այս խնդրի լուծման դեպքում և տրանսնացիոնալ կորպորացիաներն ավելի շատ կգան Հայաստան, և տեղական տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտը կզարգանա, և ստարտափերը կշատանան»,- ասաց Մուսայելյանը:
ՏՏ ոլորտի որակյալ կրթության ապահովման խնդրին անդրադարձեց նաև նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանը` նշելով, որ հարկավոր է ամեն ինչ անել գիտություն- համալսարան և բիզնես կապը ուժեղացնելու և համագործակցությունն ամրապնդելու համար:
«Պետք է հնարավորինս վստահենք համալսարաններին և որպես նախարարություն` շարունակենք պահանջել համալսարաններից ծավալել իրենց առաքելությանը համապատասխան գործունեություն: Մեր օժանդակությունը պայմանավորված է համապատասխան նորմատիվ դաշտ ապահովելով` ավելորդ բյուրոկրատական քաշքշուկներից խուսափելու համար: Այնպես անենք, որ մրցունակ լինեն մեր համալսարանները և որպես հիմնադիր պետք է նաև ուժ տանք այսպիսի ծրագրերին: Ես մոտավորապես յոթ տարի առաջ եմ եղել այստեղ և վստահ եմ, որ որակական առաջընթաց կտեսնեմ: Ճարտարագիտական, Սլավոնական և Երևանի պետա կան համալսարաններն արդեն լուրջ բազային հեռանկարներ ունեն այս ընկերության հետ իրենց աշխատանքային գործունեության մեջ: Դա նշանակում է, որ հարյուրավոր երեխաներ դուրս չեն գա Հայաստանից և կկարողանան միջազգային որակի աշխատանք գտնել Հայաստանում»:- նշեց ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարը:
«Սինոփսիս Արմենիա» ընկերության տնօրեն Հովիկ Մուսայելյանը նախարարին ներկայացրեց ընկերության ձեռքբերումներն ու ուսումնական գործընթացի համար ստեղծված պայմանները:
Այցի ավարտին ԿԳ նախարարը հանդիպում ունեցավ նաև ՏՀՏ գործատուների միության խորհրդի անդամների հետ, որտեղ քննարկվեցին կրթական համակարգի և ՏՏ ընկերությունների համագործակցությանն առնչվող գործնական հարցեր:
