Կառավարությունն այսօր 50 մլն դրամ կնվիրի Սուրիկ Խաչատրյանին.«Հայկական ժամանակ»

«Այսօր կառավարությունը հարկային արտոնություն է տալու Սյունիքի մարզպետ Սուրիկ Խաչատրյանին և նրա եղբորը՝ Սասուն Խաչատրյանին պատկանող «Խաչատրյան եղբայրներ» ընկերությանը:
Այս ընկերությունը մարզի Ծղուկ համայնքում պետք է կառուցի մգվտ փոքր հիդրոէներգոկասկադ և օգտագործելով նշված տարածքի գետերի պոտենցիալը՝ էլեկտրաէներգիա է արտադրելու:
Կառավարության որոշման նախագծի համաձայն, այս նպատակով Խաչատրյան եղբայրները պետք է 1.9 մլրդ դրամի ներդրում կատարեն, որից մոտ 489 մլն դրամի պետք է Չինաստանից հիդրոգեներատորներ, հիդրոտուրբիններ և այլ սարքավորումներ ձեռք բերեն: Եվ հենց այդ սարքավորումների ներմուծման համար սահմանին գանձվող ավելացված արժեքի հարկի վճարումն էլ կատավարությունը Խաչատրյան եղբայրներին համար հետաձգում է 3 տարով:
ԱԱՀ-ն մեր երկրում 20 տոկոս է, այսինքն այս հարկատեսակի մասով գանձվելիք մոտ 100 մլն դրամի կամ 200.000 դոլարի վճարումն է 3 տարով հետաձգվելու:
Նշենք, որ սա Ս. Խաչատյանի համար մեծ գումար չէ, նրա մեքենաներից միայն մեկն այդքան կարժենա, եթե, իհարկե՝ ոչ ավելի թանկ: Ավելին, մեկ այլ որոշմամբ կառավարությունն այս սարքավորումների ներկրումն ազատում է մաքսատուրքից: Այսինքն այս դեպքում էլ մոտ 50 մլն դրամ պարզապես նվեր է տալիս Խաչատրյան եղբայրներին, այն դեպքում, որ արդեն բյուջեն լցնելու, աշխատավարձեր ու կենսաթոշակներ վճարելու խնդրի առաջ է կանգնել և այդ նպատակով պարբերաբար վարկեր է վերցնում»,-գրում է թերթը:
