ՀՀ-ն և ՌԴ-ն կրթության որակի ապահովման ոլորտում համագործակցության համաձայնագիր են ստորագրել

Մասնագիտական կրթության որակի ապահովման ազգային կենտրոնի (ՈԱԱԿ) տնօրեն Ռուբեն Թոփչյանը  և ՌԴ Հավատարմագրման ազգային գործակալության  տնօրեն Լեմկա Իզմայլովան համագործակցության համաձայնագիր  են ստորագրել: Այս մասին  տեղեկացրին ՈԱԱԿ հասարակության հետ կապերի ծառայությունից:

Համաձայնագրով կողմերը պայմանավորվել են համագործակցել եվրոպական կրթական տարածքում`նպաստելով բարձրագույն կրթության որակի ապահովմանը:

Ըստ փաստաթղթի`կողմերի համատեղ  քայլերն ուղղված են լինելու եվրոպական կրթական տարածքում կրթության որակի շարունակական բարելավմանը, երկրի սահմաններում և սահմաններից դուրս շարժունության խթանմանը և փոխճանաչմանը, բարձրագույն կրթության որակի ապահովման միջազգային փորձի վերլուծությանը, կրթության որակի ապահովման համար եվրոպական, ազգային ու ինստիտուցիոնալ մակարդակով ընդհանուր համակարգի ստեղծմանը:

ՈԱԱԿ-ը և ՌԴ հավատարմագրման ազգային գործակալությունը  համագործակցության շրջանակներում կկազմակերպեն  համատեղ համաժողովներ, դասընթացներ և այլ միջոցառումներ, կստեղծեն աշխատանքային խմբեր   համագործակցության տարբեր ուղղություններում կոնկրետ նպատակներին հասնելու համար, արտաքին գնահատումների համար միմյանց փորձագետներով կապահովեն, ինչպես նաև կփոխանակվեն լավագույն փորձով:

Համաձայնագիրը ստորագրվել է հունիսի 21-22-ին Մոսկվայում կայացած  «Որակի ապահովման գործակալությունների միջազգային համագործակցությունը որպես  կրթության որակի բարելավման միջոց» թեմայով խորհրդաժողովի շրջանակներում:

Խորհրդաժողովի ընթացքում  մասնակիցները քննարկել են   մասնագիտական կրթության որակի ապահովման նոր մոտեցումները, ներկայացվել են կրթության որակի ապահովման լավագույն լուծումները Եվրոպայում, ինչպես նաև կրթության որակի ապահովումն ուսանողի տեսանկյունից,  անդրադարձ է կատարվել Բարձրագույն կրթության որակի ապահովման եվրոպական ասոցիացիայի գործունեությանը, Բոլոնյան գործընթացին  և եվրոպական բարձրագույն կրթական տարածքին:

Խորհրդաժողովի մասնակիցները նաև կլոր-սեղան քննարկում են ունեցել` նվիրված կրթության որակի ներքին և արտաքին ապահովմանը, որի ընթացքում ՈԱԱԿ տնօրեն Ռուբեն Թոփչյանը ներկայացրել է Հայաստանի փորձը:
