Մի շարք հասարակական, իրավապաշտպան եւ քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնություններ ու կազմակերպություններ հանդես են եկել համատեղ հայտարարությամբ՝ Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանին ազատ արձակելու պահանջով:

Հայտարարությունը տարածել է Հելսինկյան Քաղաքացիական ասամբլեայի Վանաձորի գրասենյակը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեն որպես Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանի ձերբակալության հիմնավորում էր ներկայացրել մի խումբ անձանց կողմից ապօրինի կերպով զենք եւ ռազմամթերք ձեռք բերելու, փոխադրելու եւ պահելու կասկածանքը։

Ինչպես ՀՔԱՎ գրասենյակից են հայտնում, ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի կողմից հիշատակված ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարի եւ ապօրինի զենք-զինամթերքի ձեռքբերման մասին որեւէ պաշտոնական հաղորդագրություն չի եղել։

Իսկ Սեֆիլյանի բնակարանում իրավապահ մարմինների կողմից խուզարկություն կատարելու ընթացքում նրա կնոջ կողմից հրավիրված փաստաբան Տիգրան Հայրապետյանին, ով նաեւ Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանի պաշտպանն է, ոստիկանության աշխատակիցներն ապօրինաբար արգելել են մուտք գործել բնակարան՝ այդպիսով սահմանափակելով իրավական օգնություն ստանալու Սեֆիլյանների իրավունքը:

«Հաշվի առնելով արդեն ավելի քան մեկ տարի՝ 2015թ. փետրվարի 18-ից, «Հիմնադիր խորհրդարանի» անդամների դեմ շարունակվող քրեական հետապնդումն ու ճնշումները, ինչպես նաեւ նրանց նկատմամբ իրավապահ մարմինների ներկայացուցիչների կողմից բռնության ու խոչընդոտումների չբացահայտված դեպքերը, ակնհայտ է ծրագրավորված եւ համակարգված ապօրինությունների կիրառումը ԺիրայրՍեֆիլյանի եւ նրա համախոհների նկատմամբ: Ակներեւ է, որ իրականացվում է քաղաքական հետապնդում, որն ուղղված է իշխանության դեմ առավել քննադատական եւ խիստ դիրքորոշում ունեցող գործիչների նկատմամբ»,- նշված է հայտարարության մեջ։

Այս հայտարարությամբ ներքոստորագրյալները դատապարտում են Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանի նկատմամբ իրականացվող հետապնդումը եւ ապօրինի ազատազրկումը՝ այն ճանաչելով որպես քաղաքական հետապնդում, իսկ Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանին՝ քաղաքական բանտարկյալ եւ պահանջում անհապաղ դադարեցնել նրա նկատմամբ քաղաքական դրդապատճառներով քրեական հետապնդումը։ Հայտարարությունը բաց է միանալու համար:
