Բանանի կեղևը՝ ակնեի դեմ

Ակնեն ամենահաճախ հանդիպող մաշկային խնդիրներից է: Սրանք առաջանում են ծակոտիների խցանման արդյունքում, սակայն գոյություն ունեն նաև մի շարք այլ գործոններ, որոնք կարող են սրել վիճակը: Դրանք են՝ սթրեսը, հորմոնային խանգարումները, որոշակի դեղամիջոցները: Ակնեն հաճախ դժվար է բուժել, քանի որ կարող են ի հայտ գալ սպիներ: Այդ իսկ պատճառով ակնեից պետք է ազատվել միայն բնական միջոցներով:
Այս դեպքում ձեզ օգնության կգա բանանի կեղևը:
- Բանանի կեղևը պարունակում է A, B, C և E վիտամիններ, որոնք լավացնում են մաշկի վիճակը:
- Բանանի կեղևը պարունակում է ցինկ, մանգան և երկաթ, որոնք օգնում են բոբոքված մաշկին:
- Կեղևը հականեխիչ ազդեցություն ունի, այնպես որ, այն ի վիճակի է պայքարել այն ինֆեկցիաների դեմ, որոնք ակնե են առաջացնում:
- Բանանի կեղևը հարուստ է հակաօքսիդանտներով:
- Բանանի կեղևը պարունակում է օսլա, որն օգնում է չորացնել ավելորդ ճարպը:
1. Բանանի կեղևով մեսում
Սառը ջրով լվացեք դեմքը, ապա չորացրեք մաշկը: Բանանի կեղևը կտրատեք փոքր կտորների և մոտ 10 րոպե դեմքը մերսեք այդ կտորներով: Մերսումից հետո սպասեք 20 րոպե, որպեսզի մաշկը ներծծի սննդարար տարրերը: Պրոցեդուրան կրկնեք օրական 2-3 անգամ:
2. Բանանի կեղևն ու վարսակի փաթիլները
Բլենդերի մեջ լցրեք 1 բանանի կեղևը և կես բաժակ վարսակի փաթիլները, ավելացրեք նաև 3 ճ/գ շաքարավազ: Ամբողջը լավ խառնեք, որպեսզի համասեռ զանգված ստանաք: Ստացված խյուսով մերսեք դեմքը և մոտ 10 րոպե թողեք մաշկը ներծծի սննդարար տարրերը: Վերջում դեմքը լվացեք մաքուր ջրով և չորացրեք:
3. Բանանի կեղևն ու մեղրը
Բանանի կեղևը տրորեք այնքան, մինչև խյուսանման զանգված ստանաք: 1 ճ/գ խյուսին ավելացրեք կես ճ/գ մեղր: Բամբակի վրա քսեք այս խյուսից և մերսեք դեմքը շրջանաձև շարժումներով 15 րոպե: Ապա լվացեք աղբյուրի ջրով:
4. Բանանի կեղևն ու կիտրոնը
Կիտրոնի բնական թթվայնությունը կսպանի ակնե առաջացնող բակտերիաները:
Բանանի կեևը տրորեք այնքան, մինչև խյուս ստանաք: Հավասար չափաբաժնով խառնեք կեղևի խյուսն ու կիտրոնի հյութը: Բամբակի կտորը թրջեք խյուսի մեջ և մերսեք դեմքը 15 րոպե:
