Ալյուրի մեջ լցնել թթխմորը, աղն ու ավելացնել գոլ ջուր: Լավ խառնել մինչև խմորը պնդանա: Թողնել 30 րոպե:
Մաղադանոսը և կանաչ սոխը մանրացնել, լոլիկը կեղևը հեռացնել ու խորանարդաձև կտրատել: Կանաչ պղպեղն ու լոլիկը ևս լավ մանրացնել ու բոլոր բաղադրամասերը լցնել մսի վրա: Ավելացնել մանր կտրատած գլուխ սոխն ու սխտորը: Այնուհետ ստացված զանգվածին ավելացնել տոմատի մածուկ: Աղ, պղպեղ՝ ըստ ճաշակի: Խճողակը պետք է համասեռ զանգված դառնա:
Այնուհետ խմորը բաժանել 6 հավասար մասի, ապա դրանց օվալաձև տեսք հաղորել: Տեղավորել գազօջախում դրվելիք տարայի մեջ ու խմորի վրա խյուս լցնել, հավասարապես տարածել: Եփել 250 С-ում մոտ 10 րոպե:
