Կրճատվող ծառայողական մեքենաների թվի ավելացումը՝ խնայողությունների կատարման ֆոնին

Պետական ծախսերի կրճատումը և անցումը ֆինանսական միջոցների արդյունավետ և թիրախային օգտագործմանը կոնկրետ քայլերի իրակականցում են պահանջում: Այդ քայլերը պետք է տեղավորվեն գործընթացի շարունակական ընթացքի մեջ, քանի որ արագ, կտրուկ և շրջադարձային փոփոխությունները ռիսկային են և ոչ արդյունավետ:
Նշենք, որ առաջին խոշոր քայլը ծախսերի կրճատման տեսանկյունից ծառայողական մեքենաների կրճատումն էր: Մեքենաների կրճատումների հարցում քննարկումների տեղիք տվեց հատկապես այն հանգամանքը, որ կրճատվող մեքենաների թվում կային չշահագործվող տրանսպորտային միջոցներ: Կարող ենք փաստել, որ այդպիսի մեքենաների համար տարբեր գերատեսչություններում տարբեր տեղերից միջոցներ են դուրս գրվել, ինչը, բանականաբար, մսխվել է:
Մյուս կողմից, եթե դիտարկենք ծառայողական մեքենաների կրճատման մաշտաբայնությունը, ապա կտեսնենք, որ առաջին փուլում կրճատվեց մոտ 800 մեքենա, իսկ ներկայումս կրճատվող ավտոմեքենաների թիվը հասնում է 1100-ի, ինչը լուրջ թիվ է: Այս կրճատման ազդեցությունը ևս չի կարող նշանակալի չլինել, քանի որ եթե գումարենք յուրաքանչյուր մեքենայի համար ծախսվող միջոցները, ապա այն մեծ գումար կկազմի, իսկ լրացուցիչ գումարների կարիք, ներկա պայմաններում, պետությունը շատ ունի:
