Սերժ Սարգսյանը մեկնել է Արցախ մեկ նկատառումով.«Հրապարակ»

«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Սանկտպետերբուրգյան հանդիպումից վերադառնալով՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանը մեկնել է Արցախ՝ մեկ նկատառումով, որպեսզի ցույց տա, որ հայկական կողմը ոչինչ չունի զիջելու այս փուլում, եթե պետք է` պատերազմելու է:
«Ղարաբաղ նրա այցը թե արտաքին, թե ներքին մեսիջ էր, որ հողեր տալու մասին զրույցներն անհիմն են, ընդ որում՝ պետք է հաշվի առնել, որ պատերազմն այս փուլում ձեռնտու չէ նաեւ Ռուսաստանին, որը նույնպես խաղում է ստատուս քվոյի վրա։ Սա միակ կետն է, որտեղ համընկնում են հայկական եւ ռուսական շահերը:
Մյուս կողմից` ապրիլյան դեպքերից հետո Սերժ Սարգսյանը փորձում է անձամբ տեսնել, թե ինչ է փոխվել մեզ մոտ` դիրքերում։ Իսկ փոխվել է շատ բան. բոլոր դիրքերը, այսպես ասած` «թարմացվել» են, բոլորն անխտիր ունեն գիշերային լուսավորող սարքեր, ցանկացած շարժ, անօդաչու «պիլոտնիկ» անմիջապես երեւում է, թաքստոցներ ենք փորել զինտեխնիկայի համար, առաջ բաց դաշտերում, արեւի տակ կանգնած էին, հիմա չես տեսնի դրանք։ 20 տարում ինչ չի արվել, էս երկու ամսվա ընթացքում արեցինք։
Սա Սերժ Սարգսյանի թվով երրորդ այցն էր մեզ մոտ` ապրիլյան դեպքերից հետո։ Էստեղի գլխավոր հրամանատարության առջեւ խնդիրներ էին դրվել, շուտ-շուտ գալիս-հետեւում է դրանց կատարմանը»,- տեղեկացրեց ղարաբաղյան բարձրաստիճան աղբյուրը»:
