ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երեւան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն եւ Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ Հրազդանի կիրճում հունիսի 23-ին տեղի ունեցած սպանության դեպքի առթիվ:
ՀՀ ՔՆնչական կոմիտեից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել են սպանության հանգամանքները, շարժառիթը, կասկածյալը ձերբակալվել է։
2016թ. հունիսի 23-ին՝ ժամը 23.25-ին, ահազանգ է ստացվել այն մասին, որ «Սուրբ Սարգիս» եկեղեցուց դեպի Հրազդանի կիրճ տանող ճանապարհին դիակ կա:
Անմիջապես դեպքի վայր է մեկնել քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբը. Հրազդանի կիրճում՝ ատոմային էներգետիկայի ինստիտուտի վարչական շենքից շուրջ 200 մետր հեռավորության վրա գտնվող բաց տարածքում, հայտնաբերվել է 49-ամյա Արսեն Պողոսյանի դին՝ գլխի շրջանի բազմաթիվ վնասվածքներով:
Դեպքի առթիվ Երեւան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն եւ Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:
2016թ. հունիսի 24-ին՝ ժամը 00.30-ին, «Արմենիա» հանրապետական բժշկական կենտրոնից ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ «Հրազդան» մարզադաշտի մոտակայքում գտնվող բենզալցակայանի մոտից «գլխի տրավմա» ախտորոշմամբ բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել 45-ամյա Լ.Ստեփանյանը:
Ձեռնարկված անհետաձգելի քննչական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ երկու ահազանգերը փոխկապակցված են եւ 45-ամյա Լեւոն Ստեփանյանը նշված վնասվածքն ստացել է Ա.Պողոսյանի հետ տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ժամանակ։
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ Ա.Պողոսյանը եւ Լ.Ստեփանյանը, չունենալով մշտական բնակության վայր, բնակվել են Հրազդանի կիրճում: 2016 թվականի հունիսի 23-ի երեկոյան անձնական հարցերի շուրջ նրանց միջեւ առաջացել է վիճաբանություն, ինչը վերածվել է ծեծկռտուքի, որն ավարտվել է Ա.Պողոսյանի սպանությամբ։
Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ առգրավվել է արնանման հետքերով քար։ Քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքները պարզաբանելու նպատակով նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական, դատակենսաբանական փորձաքննություններ:
