Երեւան քաղաքի Կենտրոն եւ Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ կաշառք տալու դեպքի առթիվ:

Ըստ Դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգի՝ Գագիկ Գրիգորյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա պաշտոնատար անձ հանդիսացող ՀԿԳ քննիչ Մխիթար Տիգրանյանին իր օգտին գործողություն կատարելու համար առաջարկել է 1000 ԱՄՆ դոլար:

Նախկինում դատվածություն ունեցող Գագիկ Գրիգորյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Քրեական օրենսգրքի 312-րդ հոդվածի երկրորդ մասով, այն է՝ կաշառք տալը, որը կատարվել է խոշոր չափերով պատժվում է տուգանքով՝ նվազագույն աշխատավարձի երկուհարյուրապատիկից չորսհարյուրապատիկի չափով, կամ ազատազրկմամբ՝ երկուսից հինգ տարի ժամկետով:

Դատավոր Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանը դեռեւս ապրիլին կայացրած դատավճռով վերջինիս մեղավոր էր ճանաչել ու դատապարտել երեք տարի չորս ամիս ժամկետով ազատազրկման: Այնուհետեւ Գագիկ Գրիգորյանի պաշտպանը դիմել էր քրեական վերաքննիչ դատարան՝ նախկին դատավճիռը բեկանելու խնդրով: Սրան էլ հաջորդել է նոր դատական քննության նշանակումը:

Դատական գործը դեռեւս քննության փուլում է:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ,քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի`օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
