Եվրամիության կազմից Մեծ Բրիտանիայի հնարավոր դուրս գալով մեծ հաշվով ոչ մի աղետալի բան տեղի չի ունենում: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց ԵՊՀ Եվրոպական ուսումնասիրություների կենտրոնի տնօրեն Արթուր Ղազինյանը:

«Ընդհակառակը, ես կասեի, Մեծ Բրիտանիան միշտ եղել է խանգարող Եվրամիության մյուս երկրներին առավել խորը ինտեգրման հասնելու համար: Ինքը չի միացել շենգեն գոտուն, միասնական արժույթին: Իմ կարծիքով, առանց Մեծ Բրիտանիայի Եվրոպական Միությունն ավելի մեծ հնարավորություն ունի խորացնելու ինտեգրացիայի մակարդակը, քան նրա հետ միասին: Եվրամիության քառյակի հայտարարությունն էլ խոսում է այն մասին, որ ԵՄ-ն կողմ է,  որպեսզի որքան հնարավոր է շուտ սկսվի դուրս գալու գործընթացը: Եվրամիությունը պատմական կառույց է, որը պետք է շարունակի գործել, աշխատել, հասն ել իր նպատակներին»,-ասաց Արթուր Ղազինյանն` ընդծելով, որ, թերևս, Եվրամիության մնացած 27 պետություններն ունեցել են իրենց մտքում այս վատ սցենարը: Ըստ նրա` իրենք պատաստված են այս իրավիճակին, ունեն իրենց անելիքների ծրագիրը:

«Միացյալ Թագավարությունը ֆինանսանական առումով այդքան սերտորեն ինտեգրված չէր Եվրոպական Միության ֆինանսական ինստիտուտներին՝ չկազմելով միասնական  շուկայի ամբողջական մաս: Հետևաբար, Մեծ Բրիտանիայի դուրս գալը որևէ էական ազդեցություն չի ունենա ԵՄ-ի տնտեսության վրա: Ինչ վերաբերում է համաշխարհային տնտեսական շուկայում արդեն առկա բացասական միտումներին, ապա դա բնական է: Իհարկե, շոկային իրադարաձություն է, և շուկան պետք է արձագանքի` արժույթի անկում, նավթի, հումքի գների նվազում: Ի վերջո, նման բան չի եղել, սա աննախադեպ երևույթ է, Եվրամիությո ւնն իր ստեղծման օվանից նման պրակտիկա չի ունեցել, բոլոր երկրները ձգտել են միանալ, նույն ինքը` Անգլիան: Այնպես որ, տնտեսական այս արձագանքը բնական է, բայց ժամանակավոր, շուկայի միտումները կվերադառնան իրենց տեղը»,-ասաց Արթուր Ղազինյանը:
