Գերմանիայի կանցլեր Անգելա Մերկելը հայտարարել Է, որ Մեծ Բրիտանիայում հանրաքվեի ելքը մեծ ափսոսանք Է առաջացնում, եւ հունիսի 28-ին Բունդեսթագի անդամները կտեղեկացվեն այդ որոշման կապակցությամբ ԳՖՀ-ի նախարարների կաբինետի դիրքորոշման մասին:
«Մենք մեծ ափսոսանքով պետք Է ի գիտություն ընդունենք Մեծ Բրիտանիայի քաղաքացիների մեծամասնության որոշումը, որոնք ցանկանում են վերջ դնել ԵՄ-ին Միացյալ Թագավորության անդամակցությանը»,-ասել Է նա: «Ես Բունդեսթագի անդամներին, որոնք հունիսի 28-ին հավաքվելու են արտահերթ նիստի, կտեղեկացնեմ այդ հարցի շուրջ ԳՖՀ-ի կառավարության դիրքորոշման մասին»,-հայտնել Է Մերկելը:
Կանցլերի խոսքով՝ հանրաքվեի ելքը «արմատական բեկում Է նշանակում Եվրոպայի, եվրոպական միավորման գործընթացի համար»:
«Հանրակցությունից ԵՄ-ի անդամներից մեկի դուրս գալու համար եվրոպական համաձայնագրերը հստակ ընթացակարգ են նախատեսում, այն ենթադրում Է բազմամյա բանակցություններ, որոնց արդյունքում համաձայնություն ձեռք կբերվի Մեծ Բրիտանիայի դուրս գալու մանրամասների շուրջ»,-նշել Է Մերկելը:
Նա ճշտել Է, որ բանակցությունների ընթացքում Մեծ Բրիտանիան կմնա ԵՄ-ի կազմում: «Բոլոր իրավունքներն ու պարտականությունները անհրաժեշտ Է պահպանել մինչեւ հանրակցությունից երկրի լիակատար դուրս գալը: Դա հավասարապես վերաբերում Է երկու կողմերին: Մեր նպատակը պետք Է լինի Մեծ Բրիտանիայի հետ ԵՄ-ի սերտ եւ գործընկերության վրա հիմնված հարաբերությունների կառուցումը»,-հայտարարել Է Մերկելը:
Կանցլերը հայտնել Է, որ Եվրախորհրդի նախագահ Դոնալդ Տուսկին, Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Ֆրանսուա Օլանդին եւ Իտալիայի վարչապետ Մատեո Ռենցիին հրավիրել Է Բեռլին, որպեսզի քննարկեն հանրաքվեի արդյունքների շուրջ ստեղծված իրադրությունը: Հանդիպումը կկայանա հունիսի 27-ին:
«Գերմանիան հատուկ հետաքրքրություն ունի եւ առանձնակի պատասխանատվություն Է կրում այն բանի համար, որ եվրոպական միասնությունը կայանա: Դրա համար Էլ ես Դոնալդ Տուսկին, Ֆրանսուա Օլանդին եւ Մատեո Ռենցիին բանակցելու եմ հրավիրել Բեռլին»,-ասել Է Մերկելը:
«Եվրամիությունը բավականաչափ ուժեղ Է, որպեսզի ճիշտ պատասխաններ գտնի այսօր ստեղծված իրադրության համար»,-հավելել Է Գերմանիայի կանցլերը, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
