Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն աշխատանքային այցով եղել է Արարատի մարզում

ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը հունիսի 24-ին աշխատանքային այց է կատարել ՀՀ Արարատի մարզ: Կառավարության ղեկավարը եղել է Արտաշատի տարածաշրջանի մի շարք համայնքներում:
Մասնավորապես, Ներքին Դվին և Այգեզարդ համայնքներում Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը հետևել է ծիրանի բերքահավաքի ընթացքին, ապա հանդիպել Ներքին Դվին, Հնաբերդ, Այգեզարդ և Վերին Արտաշատ համայնքների բնակիչներին, լսել նրանց հուզող հարցերը: Գյուղացիները նախ գոհունակությամբ նշել են, որ իրենց համայնքներում բավական խնդիրներ լուծում են ստացել, վերացել է ոռոգման ջրի խնդիրը, վերանորոգվել են համայնքների սոցիալական ենթակառուցվածքները: Այնուհետև համայնքների բնակիչները ներկայացրել են առաջնահերթ լուծում պահանջող մի շարք խնդիրներ, որոնք հիմնականում վերաբերում էին հակակարկտային կայանների ավելացմանը, համայնքային ենթակառուցվածքների բարեկարգմանը, ինչպես նաև նախորդ տարի խաղողի մթերման գումարների վճարմանը:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, որոշ հարցերի լուծման, մասնավորապես, հակակարկտային լրացուցիչ կայանների տեղադրման առնչությամբ վարչապետը տեղում հանձնարարականներ է տվել պատասխանատուներին, ինչպես նաև նշել, որ կառավարությունը կքննարկի և կփորձի հնարավորության սահմաններում լուծում տալ բարձրացված մյուս հարցերին ևս: Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը նաև տեղեկացրել է, որ նշված համայնքների ենթակառուցվածքների բարեկարգումն արդեն իսկ նախատեսված է ՀՀ կա ռավարության հաջորդ տարվա ծրագրերով:
Լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում ամփոփելով այցի արդյունքները՝ վարչապետը գոհունակությամբ նշել է, որ այսօր ծիրանի բերքի իրացման խնդիր չկա, մարդիկ նաև գալիս և դաշտից են գնում ծիրանը՝ գյուղացիներին ազատելով լրացուցիչ ծախսերից: Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը կարևորել է այն փաստը, որ նշված համայնքներում ոռոգման ջրի խնդիր այլևս չկա, և այժմ արդեն պետք է նախապատրաստվել խաղողի բերքի ընդունմանը, կազմակերպել, որպեսզի բոլոր վերամշակող գործարանները ժամանակին կարողանան բերքն ընդունել: Անդրադառնալով նախորդ տարի խաղողի մթերման գումարների վճարման գործընթացւմ առկա դժվարություններին՝ կառավարության ղեկավարը նշել է, որ համայնքների բնակիչների դժգոհությունը հիմնավոր է, բայց վերամշակող գործարանները նույնպես օբյեկտիվ խնդիրներ ունեն, քանի որ ապրանքի իրացման դժվարություններ կան: Վարչապետն ընդգծել է, որ կառավարությունը շարունակաբար զբաղվում է այդ խնդրով, անհրաժեշտության դեպքում ևս մեկ անգամ կքննարկի և կփորձի աջակցել գործարաններին, բայց կա կազմված ժամանակացույց, և վերամշակող գործարանների ներկայացուցիչները խոստացել են մինչև օգոստոս վճարել բոլոր պարտքերը:
Անդրադառնալով երեկ երեկոյան հորդառատ անձրևների պատճառով Ստեփանծմինդա-Լարս ավտոճանապարհի փակման և մեքենաների կուտակման հարցին՝ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը նշել է, որ այժմ կառավարությունն ակտիվ աշխատում է Վրաստանի իշխանությունների հետ՝ ճանապարհը հնարավորինս արագ բացելու ուղղությամբ:
Վարչապետ Աբրահամյանի այցը եզրափակվել է Արարատի մարզպետարանում Արտաշատի տարածաշրջանի համայնքների ղեկավարների հետ խորհրդակցությամբ, որի ընթացքում քննարկվել են համայնքների զարգացման ծրագրերը և հետագա անելիքները: Կառավարության ղեկավարն ընդգծել է, որ թե´ պետական կառավարման, թե´ տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինները պետք է համատեղեն ուժերը՝ առկա խնդիրներին լուծում տալու համար և հանձնարարականներ տվել պատկան մարմինների ղեկավարներին:
