Արթիկում հեղեղումների պատճառով տուն է փլուզվել, մանկապարտեզ տարհանվել

Առատ տեղումների և Արագածում կուտակված ձյան հալոցքի պատճառով արտակարգ իրավիճակ է Շիրակի մարզի երկրորդ քաղաքում` Արթիկում: Մեծ ծավալի ջուրը հոսելով հասել է Բաղրամյան փողոց և փակել ջրատար համակարգը: Սելավատարի փակ լինելու պատճառով ջուրը լցվել է Բաղրամյան և Պռոշյան փողոցների վրա գտնվող տներն ու անասնագոմերը: Տնեից մեկը թեթև փլուզվել է:
Ոտքի է հանվել Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության Արթիկի ծառայության ողջ տեխնիկան, օգնության են հասել Անիի, Ախուրյանի, Գյումրիի փրկարարական ջոկատները, Շիրակի մարզի փրկարարական վարչության ջոկատը: Տարածքի բնակիչները, մանկապարտեզների երեխաները տարհանվել են: Փորձ է արվում անասնագոմերից դուրս բերել նաև անասուններին:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեց Շիրակի մարզի փրկարարական վարչության փրկարար ծառայության պետ Արթուր Կարապետյանը, այս պահին վիճակը վերահսկելի է: Նա հերքեց որոշ լրատվամիջոցների կողմից ներկայացված ջրամբարի քանդման մասին տեղեկությունը` նշելով, որ խոսքը սելավատարի խցանման մասին է:
Ըստ ԱԻՆ-ի պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության` հունիսի 24-ին` ժամը 15.25-ին, ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Շիրակի մարզի Արթիկքաղաքում սելավատարերի խցանման հետևանքով ջրալցվում են քաղաքի գլխավոր փողոցները. անհրաժեշտ է օգնություն:Ջրալցված հատվածներում ջրի մակարդակը հասնում է մոտ 40 սմ-ի: Ջրալցվել է ն աև Արթիկի թիվ 2 մանկապարտեզը, որտեղիցփրկարարները դուրս են բերել 70 երեխա և 23 աշխատակից: Ղարիբջանյան փողոցում վնասվել է կամրջի հիմքը, Ազատությանփողոցի թիվ 25 տունը մասնակի փլուզվել է, որոշ անասնագոմերում սատկել են անասուններ:
