Երևանի ավագանին հաստատել է Քանաքեռ-Զեյթունի գոտևորման նախագծի մշակման քաղաքաշինական առաջադրանքը

Երևան քաղաքի ավագանու 7-րդ նստաշրջանի հունիսի 24-ի հերթական նիստում, որը վարել է Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը, մինչ օրակարգի հարցերին անցնելը, քաղաքապետը տեղեկացրել է, որ ավագանու անդամ Արթուր Գասպարյանը «Բարև Երևան» խմբակցությունից դուրս գալու դիմում է ներկայացրել: Նաև նշվել է, որ, օրենքով սահմանված կարգով, նա կշարունակի մնալ Երևանի ավագանու անդամ։
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, անցնելով օրակարգի հարցերին` ավագանին քննարկել և հաստատել է մայրաքաղաքի Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանի տարածքի գոտևորման նախագծի մշակման քաղաքաշինական առաջադրանքը: Նշվել է, որ, համաձայն այս փաստաթղթի, վարչական շրջանի ամբողջ տարածքում, կենսագործունեության բարենպաստ միջավայր ձևավորելու նպատակով, կսահմանվեն նշված տարածքների փաստացի և հեռանկարային օգտագործման ու կառուցաատման նկատմամբ պարտադիր պահանջները: Նաև նշվել է, որ գոտևորման նախագծում հաշվի են առնվել Երևան քաղաքի 2006-2020թթ. Գլխավոր հատակագծում, ինչպես նաև հաստատված և գործող քաղաքաշինական ծրագրային այլ փաստաթղթերում և հողօգտագործման սխեմաներում ներառված դրույթները:
Հիմք ընդունելով Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի առողջապահության ոլորտի համար սահմանված գերակայությունները և բնակչությանը մատուցվող ծառայությունների որակի բարձրացումը` ավագանին հավանություն է տվել «Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն» ծննդատունը հիմնանորոգելու նպատակով համայնքային բյուջեից 100 մլն դրամ հատկացնելուն:
Երևանի ավագանու հերթական ու 7-րդ նստաշրջանի վերջին նիստի, ինչպես նաև դրան հաջորդած արտահերթ նիստի օրակարգում ներառված հարցերը նույնպես արժանացել են ավագանու հավանությանը:
Երևանի ավագանու 8-րդ նստաշրջանի առաջին նիստը կկայանա սույն թվականի սեպտեմբերի 13-ին:
