«ԶԱԳՍ»-երը կաշխատեն «մեկ պատուհանով»

Մարինա Ներսեսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Քաղաքացիական կացության ակտերի գրանցման ոլորտում (ՔԿԱԳ-ներում կամ այսպես կոչված նախկին ԶԱԳՍ-երում) Կառավարությունը նախատեսում է ներդնել «մեկ պատուհան» սկզբունքով ծառայությունների մատուցումը: Հիշեցնենք, որ ՔԿԱԳ-երում իրականացվում է ամուսնության, ծննդյան, ամուսնալուծության, որդեգրման, հայրության ճանաչման, անվանափոխման և այլ բնույթի գրանցումների, ինչպես նաև կրկնօրինակների ու տեղեկանքների տրամադրման գործառույթներ:
«Մեկ պատուհան» սկզբունքով համակարգի կիրառումը հնարավորություն է տալիս ապահովել պատշաճ որակի ծառայությունների մատուցումը, որը կազատի քաղաքացիներին որոշ անհարկի գործողություններից և ժամանակի կորստից: Նշված ծառայությունը կներդրվի էլեկտրոնային համակարգի կիրառմամբ, որը հնարավորություն է ընձեռնում քաղաքացիներին իրենց ֆիզիկական ներկայությունը ապահովելու անհնարինության դեպքում նշված ծառայությունները ստանալ էլեկտրոնային համակարգի միջոցով։
Նախատեսվում է նաև ընդլայնել քաղաքացիական կացության ակտերի և իրավաբանական անձանց պետական գրանցման ոլորտում մատուցվող ծառայությունների շրջանակը, կներդրվեն նոր ծառայություններ, որի արդյունքում հնարավոր կլինի նվազեցնել ստվերային շրջանառությունը, ազատել քաղաքացիներին ավելորդ քաշքշուկներից և մեկտեղել որոշ ծառայությունների մատուցմանն ուղղված գործողությունները:
Հիշեցնենք, որ «մեկ պատուհան» սկզբունքը Հայաստանում ներդրվել է մի շարք ոլորտներում և հիմնականում դրական գնահատականի է արժանացել բնակչության և գործարարների կողմից: Մասնավորապես՝ Հայաստանում ձեռնարկությունների գրանցումը մի քանի տարի է իրականանում է «մեկ պատուհան» մեխանիզմի շնորհիվ: Բացի այդ, այս համակարգերը կիրառվում են կադաստրի, նոտարիատի, մաքսային, հարկային և այլ պետական մարմինների աշխատանքներում բնակչությանը և գործարարներին սպասարկման համար: Այս համակարգերը հաջողությամբ կիրառվում են նաև բանկային համակարգում:
