Այդուհանդերձ, տարբերել ԳՄ-մթերքները բնականից բավականին հեշտ է. դրանք պահպանում են թարմությունը երկար ժամանակ, դրանց վրա միջատներ չեն նստում, հաճախ նաև ունեն իդեալական ձև:
