ԵՄ վեց երկրների արտգործնախարարները խոստացել են Բեռլինում տալ Brexit –ի պատասխանները

Բեռլինում կայացել է Ֆրանսիայի, Գերմանիայի, Իտալիայի ու Բենիլյուքսի երկրների արտգործնախարարների հանդիպումը, որը նվիրված էր Brexit -ի արդյունքներին: Կողմերը խոստացել են պատասխաններ տալ Մեծ Բրիտանիայի որոշմանը , նաեւ պաշտպանել ԵՄ օրենքները ու քաղաքացիների իրավունքները , հայտնում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստին»
Հանդիպումը պլանային էր, բայց ԵՄ-ից Մեծ Բրիտանիայում նախօրեին կայացած հանրաքվեն վճռորոշ ազդեցություն է թողել դրա օրակարգի վրա: Չնայած Գերմանիայի արտգործնախարար Ֆրանկ Վալտեր Շտայնմայերի կոչերին՝ չձեռնարկել «տենդագին գործողություններ», ու խուսափել «խուճապից ու ցնցումներից», մեկը մյուսին հաջորդող խորհրդակցությունները՝ երեկ Լյուքսեմբուրգում, այսօր՝ Բեռլինում, հաջորդ շաբաթ Բեռլինում, Փարիզում ու Բրյուսելում ու կատարվածին մամուլի հսկայական ուշադրությունը , որի ներկայացուցիչները երեք դահլիճ էին զբաղեցրել շաբաթ Բորզիգի դիվանագիտական առանձնատանը, վկայում են բանակցությունների թեժ լինելու մասին:
Ըստ պաշտոնական տվյալների, հունիսի 23-ին Մեծ Բրիտանիայում կայացած հանրաքվեին ԵՄ կազմից երկրի դուրս գալուն կողմ է քվեարկել 51.9 տոկոսը: Վարչապետ Դեւիդ Քեմերոնը , որը երկրին կոչ էր անում պահպանել ԵՄ անդամակցությունը, հանրաքվեի արդյունքների հրապարակումից հետո հայտնեց, որ հոկտեմբերին հրաժարական կտա:
Նիստից առաջ ԵՄ-ին ու Մեծ Բրիտանիային կոչ անելով «ուշադիր լսել միմյանց» , քանի որ «ոչ բոլոր պատասխաններն են արդեն հայտնի», Շտայնմայերը հասկացրել է լրագրողներին , որ հենց Մեծ Բրիտանիայի որոշման հետեւանքով Եվրոպայի առջեւ ծառացած հարցերի պատասխանների որոնումներին է նվիրված լինելու հանդիպումը: Սակայն հանդիպման եզրափակիչ հաղորդագրության մեջ հնչել են Մեծ Բրիտանիայի կառավարությանն ուղղված նույն կոչերը՝ «հստակություն մտցնել ու սկսել կայացված որոշման շուտափույթ իրականացումը»:
Հանդիպման մասնակիցները նաեւ նշել են , որ ԵՄ պահպանման համար քաղաքական կամք կա՛ , այս մասին լրագրողներին հանդիպումից հետո ասել է Շտայնմայերը:
«Մենք հայտնել ենք ,որ Եվրոպան պահպանելու կամք ունենք: Դա մեր առաջնահերթ ու գլխավոր խնդիրն է»,-ասել է նախարարը:
