Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսը շնորհավորեց գյումրեցիներին նորակառույց նիստերի դահլիճի բացման կապակցությամբ

Գյումրու քաղաքապետարանը վերջապես ունեցավ նիստերի դահլիճ: Ծայրագույն Պատրիարք, Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոս Ն.Ս.Օ.Տ.Տ. Գարեգին Բ-ի, Շիրակի թեմի առաջնորդ Միքայել Եպիսկոպոս Աջապահյանի, Շիրակի մարզպետ Հովսեփ Սիմոնյանի, Գյումրու քաղաքապետ Սամվել Բալասանյանի մասնակցությամբ հունիսի 25-ին տեղի ունեցավ Գյումրու քաղաքապետարանի նիստերի դահլիճի բացման արարողությունը: Նորակառույց դահլիճի ժապավենը կտրելու պատիվը տրվեց Գյու մրու ավագանու անդամներին, որից հետո այն օրհնեց Շիրակի թեմի առաջնորդ Միքայել Եպիսկոպոս Աջապահյանը:
Ծայրագույն Պատրիարք և Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոս Ն.Ս.Օ.Տ.Տ. Գարեգին Բ-ն ողջունեց բոլորին՝ Գյումրու համար նշանակալի, պատմական օրվա՝ Հռոմի Ֆրանցիսկոս Սրբազան Քահանայապետի՝ Գյումրի կատարած այցի և Սրբազան Քահանայապետի ձեռամբ մատուցված պատարագի կապակցությամբ:
Կաթողիկոսն այնուհետ շնորհավորեց գյումրեցիներին նորակառույց նիստերի դահլիճի բացման կապակցությամբ« միաժամանակ ընդգծելով, այսուհետ ավագանու անդամներն պատասխանատվության ավելի մեծ զգացումով ու նախանձախնդրությամբ պետք է ջանքեր ներդնեն գյումրեցու սպասումներն ու ակնկալիքներն արդարացնելու համար: Քաղաքապետ Սամվել Բալասանյանը ողջունեց ներկաներին, միաժամանակ շնորհավորելով բոլորին՝ նորակառույց նիստերի դահլիճի բացման կապակցությամբ:
Քաղաքապետն իր խոսքում ընդգծեց՝ նիստերի դահլիճի շահագործման հանձնումը տարիների քրտնաջան աշխատանքի արդյունք է: Քաղաքապետը հույս հայտնեց՝ նորակառույց նիստերի դահլիճը, որտեղ այսուհետ իր գործունեությունը կծավալի Գյումրու ավագանին« բովանդակային փոփոխություններ կմտցնի նաև տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների դերի հանրային ընկալման մեջ: Խոսքի ավարտին ևս մեկ անգամ շնորհավորելով նիստերի դահլիճի բացման կապակցությամբ՝ քաղաքապետը ավագանու անդամներին մաղթեց բեղումնավոր աշխատանք՝ ի շահ գյումրեցու և քաղաքի բարօրության: Միջազգային չափոր ոշիչներին համապատասխան կառուցված նիստերի դահլիճը նախատեսված է 92 հոգու համար, դահլիճի ճակատային մասը զարդարում է շիրակցի գեղանկարիչ Մինաս Ավետիսյանի «Հայկական հովվերգություն» որմնանկարը:
Նիստերի դահլիճի կառուցման գործում ունեցած մեծ ավանդի համար քաղաքապետարանի պատվոգրերի արժանացան Գյումրու քաղաքապետարանի քաղաքաշինության բաժնի պետ, ճարտարապետ Սուրեն Կուրազյանը« շինաշխատանքներն իրականացրած «Խոր Արմատ» ընկերությունը:
