Ուրցը յուրահատուկ բույս է, որը մարդկությանը հայտնի է դեռևս հին ժամանակներից: Ուրցն ունի հաճելի համ և բուժիչ հատկանիշներ:

Ուրցն ունի բակտերիասպան, ցավազրկող, բրոնխները լայնացնող հատկանիշներ, բացի այդ, այն արագ վերականգնում է վնասվածքները, օրգանիզմից դուրս է բերում ճիճուները: Ուրցը նաև կարգավորում է նյութափոխանակությունը, ինչը չափազանց կարևոր է նրանց համար, ովքեր հետևում են իրենց քաշին:

Ուրցով ըմպելիքներ

  1. Քառորդ   բաժակ ջրին ավելացրեք 1 թ/գ չորացրած ուրց: Եռացրեք և թողեք թրմվի 10 րոպե: Լցրեք բաժակի մեջ, ավելացրեք եռացրած ջուր և ևս 5-7 րոպե թողեք մնա, ապա քամեք: Համեղ թեյը պատրաստ է:
  2. 3 թ/գ սև թեյին ու 2 թ/գ չորացրած ուրցին ավելացրեք եռացրած ջուր և թողեք թրմվի: Կարող եք ավելացնել մեղր կամ շաքար:
  3. Հավասար չափաքանակով խառնեք ուրցը, անանուխը և խնկածաղիկը, այս խառնուրդից 1 ճ/գ-ն լցրեք թեյնիկի մեջ, վրան եռացրած ջուր լցրեք և թողեք թրմվի: Նման ըմպելիքը հրաշալի է նևրոզի, անքնության, տրամադրության փոփոխությունների և հոգնածության դեպքում:

Ի դեպ, քանի որ ուրցը մեծ քանակությամբ թիմոլ է պարունակում, այն խորհուրդ չի տրվում գաստրիտ, ստամոքսի խոց, վահանագեղձի հիպերֆունկցիա, շաքարախտ ունեցող մարդկանց: Հղիներին և երեխաներին խորհուրդ է տրվում թեյը խմելուց առաջ հարցնել բժշկից:
