Ինչ անել անել սննդային թունավորման դեպքում

Ամռանը հաճախակի է առաջանում անորակ կամ ժամկետանց սննդամթերքի հետևանքով թունավորման դեպքեր: Անորակ սննդի հետ հայտնվելով աղեստամոքսային տրակտ, ախտածին միկրոօրգանիզմները սկսում են արագ բազմանալ, ինչն էլ հանգեցնում է ստամոքսի ու աղիների լորձաթաղանթի բորբոքման:
1-ին հերթին նման թունավորումները վտանգավոր են օրգանիզմի ջրազրկման պատճառով, ինչի հետևանքով էլ սննդային սուր թունավորմաբ հիվանդներին ստիպված են լինում տեղափոխել ինֆեկցիոն հիվանդանոց: Հիվանդության բարդության աստիճանը մատնանշում են փսխոցի հաճախականությունն ու առատությունը(մինչև 10-12 անգամ), փորլուծությունը, կտրուկ թուլությունը, զարկերակային ճնշման նվազումը և այլն:
Շատ դեպքերում հոսպիտալացումից հնարավոր կլինի խուսափել, եթե հիվանդին գրագետ առաջին օգնություն ցուցաբերել: Հարկավոր է հիվանդին խմեցնել 400-500 գրամ սենյակային ջերմաստիճանի ջուր, առաջացնել նրա մոտ ռեֆլեոքսային փսխում(ցանկալի է մի քանի անգամ մաքուր ջուր), որից հետո ընդունել ակտիվացված ածուխ(որքան շատ այնքան ավելի լավ):
Օրգանիզմի ջրազրկման կանխարգելման համար խորհուրդ է տրվում նաև օգտագործել օրգանիզմի համար անհրաժեշտ աղերի պարունակությամբ խառնուրդ(օրինակ Ռեգիդրոն)
