Կարտոֆիլով դիմակներ յուղոտ մաշկի համար
Քերիչով անցկացրեք մեկ մաքրած միջին չափի հում կարտոֆիլ: Քերած կարտոֆիլին ավելացրեք 1 ճ. գդալ չոր կաթ, 1 հարած ձվի սպիտակուց, 1 թ. գդալ կիտրոնի հյութ, մի պտղունց աղ և 50 գ գարեջուր: Լավ խառնեք այս ամենը և քսեք դեմքին 10 րոպեով: Այնուհետև լվացեք սառը ջրով:
Կարտոֆիլի պյուրեն խառնեք կեֆիրի հետ հավասար չափաբաժիններով: Մինչև քսելը լավ լվացեք դեմքը: 10-15 րոպե պահեք դիմակը դեմքին, որից հետո լվացեք սառը ջրով:
Կես ճաշի գդալ կարտոֆիլի օսլան խառնեք նույնչափ ալյուրի հետ: Ավելացրեք 1 թեյի գդալ կիտրոնի հյութ և մի փոքր եռացրած ջուր, բայց այնքան, որ զանգվածը թանձր մնա: Քսեք դեմքին և թողեք այդպես 10-15 րոպե: Լվացեք սառը ջրով:
Դիմակներ չոր մաշկի համար
Եփեք կարտոֆիլը և տրորեք թթվասերի հետ այնքան, մինչև փափուկ զանգված ստանաք: Քսեք այն դեմքին և վզին, թողեք մինչև 15 րոպե: Լվացեք գոլ ջրով:
Մի կաթսայի մեջ եփեք 2 մաքրած կարտոֆիլ, իսկ մյուս կաթսայի մեջ մի քանի շագանակ: Կարտոֆիլից պատրաստեք պյուրե, իսկ եփած շագանակներն աղացեք մսաղացով: Խառնեք 1 ճաշի գդալ կարտոֆիլի պյուրեն նույնքան աղացած շագանակի հետ: Այդ զանգվածին ավելացրեք 1 ճ. գդալ ձիթապտղի ձեթ: Քսեք դիմակը դեմքին և թողեք 10 րոպե: Այնուհետև լվացեք գոլ ջրով:
Կարտոֆիլը եփեք կաթի մեջ, այնուհետև պյուրե սարքեք: 1 ճ. գդալ պյուրեն խառնեք 2 ճ. գդալ ցանկացած բանջարեղենի կամ մրգի հյութի հետ: Քսեք խառնուրդը դեմքին և թողեք այդպես 10-15 րոպե: Մաքրեք դեմքը գոլ ջրով, իսկ հետո սառր ջրով շփեք այն: Ցանկալի է կրկնել այս դիմակը շաբաթը մեկ անգամ երկու ամսվա ընթացքում:
Եփեք կեղևով կարտոֆիլը, այնուհետև մաքրեք այն կեղևից և անցկացրեք քերիչի մանր անցքերով: Մի ճաշի գդալ քերած կարտոֆիլին ավելացրեք 1 ձվի սպիտակուց, 1 ճ. գդալ կաթ և 1թ. գդալ բուսական յուղ: Այս ամենը խառնեք և ստացված զանգվածը քսեք դեմքին: Թողեք այդպես 15 րոպե, որից հետո լվացեք գոլ ջրով:
