Լոքյանը բարձր է գնահատել համագործակցությունը Գերմանիայի միջազգային համագործակցության ընկերության հետ

 Տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարար Դավիթ Լոքյանը հունիսի 27-ին ընդունել է Գերմանիայի միջազգային համագործակցության ընկերության (ԳՄՀԸ) «Համայնքների զարգացում Հարավային Կովկասում» ծրագրի տարածաշրջանային գրասենյակի տնօրեն Քարսթոն Փոսսեին և Հայաստանում Շվեյցարական համագործակցության գրասենյակի համաղեկավար Լուկաս Լյուշերին: Հանդիպմանը մասնակցում էին նաև Ծրագրի հայա ստանյան թիմի ղեկավար Քաթրին Շեֆերը և Հայաստանում Գերմանիայի փոխդեսպան Նադյա Լիխտեմբերգերը: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարությունից:

Հանդիպման սկզբում Դավիթ Լոքյանը շնորհավորել է Քարսթոն Փոսսեին` Ծրագրի տարածաշրջանային գրասենյակի տնօրենի պաշտոնում նշանակվելու կապակցությամբ: 

Ողջունելով հյուրերին` նախարարը բարձր է գնահատել ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման նախարարության և ԳՄՀԸ «Համայնքների զարգացում Հարավային Կովկասում» ծրագրի  միջև վերջին տարիներին ձևավորված արդյունավետ համագործակցությունը: «Մենք խիստ կարևորում ենք «Համայնքների զարգացում Հարավային Կովկասում» ծրագիրն իր բոլոր բաղադրիչներով` ՏԻՄ-երի կարողությունների և հմտությունների զարգացման, համայնքային ծառայությունների բարելավման, ՏԻՄ-երում ծրագրային բյուջետավարման համակարգի ներդրման տեսանկյունից»,-նշել է նախարարը և ընդգծել Ծրագրի անհրաժեշտությունը վարչատարածքային բարեփոխումների համատեքստում:

ՀՀ-ում Գերմանիայի փոխդեսպան Նադյա Լիխտեմբերգերը ևս բարձր է գնահատել նախարարության հետ ակտիվ համագործակցությունը: ՏԻՄ համակարգի բարելավմանն ուղղված նախաձեռնությունների շրջանակում նա, մասնավորապես, առանձնացրել է Քաղաքացիների սպասարկման գրասենյակների ներդրումը ՀՀ տարբեր մարզերում: Գրասենյակները նպաստում են քաղաքացիների համար համայնքային ծառայությունները բարելավելուն և համայնքային կառավարման թափանցիկության արդյունավետության բարձրացմանը:

Հայաստանում տեղական ինքնակառավարման բնագավառում կարողությունների զարգացմանն ուղղված ջանքերը միատեղելու տեսանկյունից մեծապես կարևորվել է Շվեյցարիայի զարգացման և համագործակցության գործակալության կողմից տրամադրվող ֆինանսավորումը: 

Հանդիպման ընթացքում նախարարին հանգամանորեն ներկայացվել են ՏԻՄ բնագավառում Ծրագրի ընդհանուր մոտեցումներն ու նախատեսվող միջոցառումները: ԳՄՀԸ «Համայնքների զարգացում Հարավային Կովկասում» ծրագրի տարածաշրջանային գրասենյակի տնօրեն Քարսթոն Փոսսեն և Հայաստանում Շվեյցարական համագործակցության գրասենյակի համաղեկավար Լուկաս Լյուշերին իրենց հերթին վստահեցրել են նախարարին, որ ԳՄՀԸ կողմից, ինչպես նաև ՇԶՀԳ ֆինանսավորմամբ իրականացվող ծրագրերը Հայաստանում կկրեն շարունակական բնույթ և համոզմունք  հայտնել, որ միասնական ուժերով կհաջողվի լուծում տալ ոլորտի առջև ծառացած խնդիրներին:

Նախարար Դավիթ Լոքյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Գերմանիայի և Շվեյցարիայի կառավարությունների կողմից Հայաստանի ՏԻՄ-երի զարգացմանն ուղղված շարունակական աջակցության համար:
