ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանը և Մոսկվայի կրթության դեպարտամենտի պաշտոնյան քննարկել են հայկական դպրոցներից մեկի հարցը

ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպան Օլեգ Եսայանը և Մոսկվայի կառավարության կրթության դեպարտամենտի ղեկավարի տեղակալ Վիկտոր Ֆերտմանը քննարկել են Մոսկվայի միջմշակութային հաղորդակցության թիվ 1650 պետական բյուջետային կրթական հաստատության հետագա գործունեությանն առնչվող հարցերին. այն բացվել է 1988թ.-ի Սպիտակի երկրաշարժից անմիջապես հետո Մոսկվայում հայտնված հայաստանցի դպրոցականների՝ հայկական թեքումով ուսումը շարունակելու նպատակով: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանության մամուլի ծառայությունից, որի հաղորդագրության մեջ նշված է. «ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանությունում հունիսի 27-ին տեղի է ունեցել դեսպան Օլեգ Եսայանի հանդիպումը Մոսկվայի կառավարության կրթության դեպարտամենտի ղեկավարի տեղակալ Վիկտոր Ֆերտմանի հետ՝ օրեր առաջ ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանի և նույն դեպարտամենտի ղեկավար-նախարար Ի.Կալինայի միջև տեղի ունեցած հեռախոսազրույցի արդյունքում ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածության համաձայն:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերն անդրադարձել են Մոսկվայի միջմշակութային հաղորդակցության թիվ 1650 պետական բյուջետային կրթական հաստատության հետագա գործունեությանն առնչվող հարցերին, որոնք մտահոգության տեղիք են տվել՝ ելնելով իրավիճակային որոշ խնդիրներից:
Դեսպան Եսայանը հիմնավորել է նշված կրթօջախի նկատմամբ հայկական կողմի հետաքրքրությունը՝ հաշվի առնելով այն, որ դպրոցը բացվել է 1988թ.-ի Սպիտակի երկրաշարժից անմիջապես հետո Մոսկվայում հայտնված հայաստանցի դպրոցականների՝ հայկական թեքումով ուսումը շարունակելու նպատակով: Կրթօջախը նաև հանդիսանում է հայ-ռուսական միջպետական փոխհամաձայնության հիման վրա գործող Մոսկվայի հայերենի դասավանդմամբ երկու դպրոցներից մեկը:
Զրույցին կողմերը փոխադարձ մտահոգություն են հայտնել նաև դպրոցի աշակերտների ընդհանուր թվի, ինչպես նաև հայոց լեզվի ուսուցման մեջ ներգրավված հայազգի դպրոցականների թվակազմի կրճատման շուրջ:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերը քննարկել են նաև հայ-ռուսական կրթական ոլորտին առնչվող երկուստեք հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող մի շարք հարցեր՝ կարևորելով նաև համատեղ նախաձեռնությունների իրականացման ուղղված քայլերը: Պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել նաև կրկին հանդիպել հուլիսի կեսերին՝ դպրոցի հետագա գործունեության արմատական բարելավմանն առնչվող հարցերը հստակեցնելու և անհրաժեշտության դեպքում կազմակերպչական խնդիրները կարգավորելու նպատակով»:
