«Ես այս գործին հետևել եմ հենց սկզբից, իմ համոզմունքն այն է, որ իրական հանցագործներն այդպես էլ չբացահայտվեցին»,-Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց իրավաբան Տիգրան Սարգսյանը՝ մեկնաբանելով գյումրեցի Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի սպանության մեջ մեղադրվող ռուս զինվոր Վալերի Պերմյակովի դատավարությունը:
Ըստ իրավաբանի՝ առանց դրդապատճառի մարդ չէր կարող հանցագործություն անել, իսկ մեզ պատճառ չի ներկայացվել:
«Ջուր խմելու հեքիաթ հորինվեց, սակայն ցանկացած հանցագործ վերացնում է իր հետքերը, ոչ ոք իր հագուստն ու զենքը հանցագործության վայրում չի թողնում: Իմ պատկերացմամբ՝ սա դիվերսիա էր: Հնարավոր է՝ Պերմյակովին առևանգած լինեին: Գուցե մի խումբ դիվերսիոն գործողություն է արել, մտել Հայաստանի սահման, զինծառայողին առևանգել է և նրա հագուստն ու զենքը թողել հանցագործության վայրում:
Հավանական է, որ այնուհետ Պերմյակովին որոշակի դեղերի ադեցության տակ բաց են թողել և նա ոչինչ չի հիշում»,- վարկած է առաջ քաշում Տիգրան Սարգսյանը:
Մեր զրուցակցի խոսքով՝ իր նշած տարբերակը դժվարությամբ կընդունվեր թե՛ Հայաստանի, թե՛ Ռուսաստանի կողմից, գուցե նրանք պարզապես կոծկել են իմացած տեղեկատվությունը: Իրավաբանը ներկա չի եղել դատավարությանը, սակայն համամիտ է իր կոլեգաների հետ, որ դատավարությունը ոչ անկեղծ տպավորություն է թողնում:
