Հարցումը ցույց է տվել երիտասարդների արտագաղթի դրդապատճառները

Ուսանողների շրջանում արտագաղթի հիմնական դրդապատճառները պարզելու համար «Հանուն սոցիալական արդարության» կուսակցության (ՀԱՍԱԿ) աշխատանքային խումբն իրականացրել է հետազոտական ուսումնասիրություն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության 11 բուհի 500 ուսանողի (բակալավրիատ, մագիստրատուրա, ասպիրանտուրա) շրջանակում:
Հետազոտության արդյունքում պարզ է դարձել, որ ուսանողների 67%-ը գոհ է հայաստանյան բուհերում ստացած կրթությունից, 25%-ը` ոչ, իսկ 8%-ը դժվարանում է պատասխանել: Պարզվում է, որ հարցվողների մեծ մասը` 62%-ը, հնարավորության դեպքում կմեկնի արտերկիր՝ ուսումը շարունակելու համար եւ միայն 33%-ն է պատրաստվում բավարարվել Հայաստանում ստացած կրթությամբ, իսկ 5%-ը դժվարանում է պատասխանել հարցին:
Ուսումնասիրությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ ուսանողների` երկիրը լքելու եւ արտերկրում ուսումը շարունակելու դրդապատճառները տարբեր են: Այսպես, 16%-ը պատրաստվում է մեկնել բարձր որակավորում, առավել խորը գիտելիքներ եւ մասնագիտական փորձ ձեռք բերելու նպատակով, 7%-ի կարծիքով՝ իր նախընտրած մասնագիտությունը քիչ պահանջարկ ունի հայաստանյան աշխատաշուկայում, 19%-ը համոզված է, որ դրսում ուսումը շարունակելու դեպքում Հայաստանում կկարողանա բարձր աշխատավարձով աշխատանք գտնել, իսկ 58%-ը ցանկանում է արտերկրում ուսումն ավարտելուց հետո այնտեղ աշխատանք գտնել:
Ըստ կուսակցության հարցման արդյունքների՝ ուսանողները նշել են, որ մեկնելուց հետո կվերադառնան հայրենիք, եթե Հայաստանում գտնեն 150 հազար դրամ աշխատավարձով եւ հետագայում այդ աշխատավարձը բարձրանալու հեռանկարներով աշխատանք (48%), 49%-ը չի մնա արտերկրում, եթե Հայաստանում աշխատի իր մասնագիտությամբ, ունենա մասնագիտական հեռանկարներ եւ 150 հազար դրամից բարձր աշխատավարձ, իսկ 3%-ը ոչ մի պարագայում չի վերադառնա Հայաստան:
ՀԱՍԱԿ-ն առաջարկել է այս խնդրի լուծման իր բանաձեւը, այն է՝ Հայաստանում պետական մակարդակով կադրային քաղաքականության հայեցակարգ/ռազմավարություն ընդունել: «Վերջինս ենթադրում է գործատու-աշխատող կանոնակարգված հարաբերությունների հաստատում, բազմակողմանի օժանդակություն արհմիութենական շարժմանը, պետական համապատասխան մարմնի կողմից կադրային աուդիտի իրականացում ՀՀ խոշոր եւ միջին գործատուների մոտ, ինչը կբերի վերջիններիս կողմից կադրերի վերապատրաստման ծրագրերի պարբերական իրականացմանը»,- հայտնում են կուսակցությունից:
