Սրտաբանը խորհուրդ է տալիս խուսափել արեւի ուղիղ ճառագայթների տակ մնալուց

Ամառային շոգը և տապը բացասաբար են ազդում մարդու սրտի աշխատանքի վրա: Այս մասին հունիսի 28-ին ասուլիսում տեղեկացրեց սրտաբան Ալբերտ Զոհրաբյանը:
«Շոգ և տապ եղանակին մարդու մոտ տեղի ունենում օրգանիզմի լայնացում, որի հետևանքով ճնշման տատանումներ են սկվում: Այդ ժամանակ սիրտը ստիպված է էլ ավելի ծանրաբեռնված աշխատել, որպեսզի օրգանիզմին արյուն մատակարարի; Այդ պատճառով ամռանը սրտանոթային հիվանդների մահվան դեպքերը ավելանում են 2-3 անգամ»,- նշեց սրտաբանը: Մասնագետը խորհուրդ է տալիս տապի ժամանակ խուսափել ուղիղ արևային ճառագայթներից, ցերեկային ժամերին առանց խիստ անհրաժեշտության փակ տարածություններից դուրս չգալ:
«Եթե անհրաժեշտ է դուրս գալ փակ տարածությունից, ցանկալի է հագնել բամբակյա լայն զգեստ և գլխաշոր»,- հորդորեց սրտաբանը: Զոհրաբյանը նաև խորհուրդ տվեց ամառային եղանակներին շատ հեղուկ օգտագործել:
«Ցանկալի է, որ մարդը օրական օգտագործի 3-4 լիտր հեղուկ:Իսկ սրտամկանի իշեմիկ հիվանդություն և սրտի անբավարարություն ունեցողներին խորհուրդ չի տվում շատ հեղուկ օգտագործել, քանի որ հավելյալ հեղուկը ճնշումը բարցրացնում էև կարող է խորացնել այդ մարդկանց հիվանդությունը: Այդ մարդիկ ցանկալի է իրենց սննդամթերքի մեջ ընդգրկեն ավելի շատ միրգ և բանջարեղեն, քանի որ դրանց մեջ կան օգտակար հանքանյութեր, որոնք կարգավորում են սրտի աշխատանքը»,- նշեց սրտաբանը: Գիշերային ժամերին սրտաբանը հորդորեց օդափոխիչները միացրած չթողնել, քանի որ այն բաձրացն ում է մրսածության վտանգը:
Զոհրաբյանի խոսքով` սրտի աշխատանքի վրա կարող են ազդել ոչ միայն շոգը և տապը, այլ նաև օդի ախտոտվածությունը, քիչ շարժունակությունը, արհեստական ճանապարհով ստացած սննդի օգտագործումը, ծխախոտի և ալկոհոլի չարաշահումը:
Սրտաբանը խոսեց նաև սրտանոթային հիվանդության դասական նախանշանների մասին:
«Հիմնական նախանշաներն են `թեթև ֆիզիկակական աշխատանքից հետո օդի պակասի զգացումը, կրծքոսկրային շրջանում կարճատև ցավերը, որոնք ուղեկցվում են զարկերակային ճնշման բարձրացումով: Այդ նախանշաններով մարդկանց խորհուրդ է տրվում պրոոֆիլակտիկ հետազոտություն անցկացնել, հատկապես, եթե այդ նախանշանները ի հայտ են եկել 45-60 տարեկան մարդկանց մոտ»,- ասաց մասնագետը:
