Շոգերի վրա հասնելուն պես՝ ճիշտ ժամանակն է վերանայել սննդային սովորություններն ու սննդակարգը: 

Որ մթերքներն է պետք նախընտրել ամռանը՝

Լոլիկ. այն ունի հակաօքսիդանտ ազդեցություն, չեզոքացնում է ազատ ռադիկալները և դանդաղեցնում մաշկի ծերացումը՝ լիկոպինի շնորհիվ: Շաբաթական առնվազն երկու անգամ լոլիկ կերեք:

Կաղամբ. պարունակում է մեծ քանակությամբ վիտամին С, որն անհրաժեշտ է արյունատար անոթների և ոսկրային հյուսվածքի համար:

Ամառային հատապտուղներ. ազնվամորին, բալը, կարմիր և սև հաղարջը, մոշը, հապալասը հարուստ են պոլիֆենոլներով, վիտամին C-ով, բջջանյութով և հանքանյութերով: Դրանք բարելավում են մաշկի վիճակը, դանդաղեցնում դրա ծերացումը, նվազեցնում են արյան մեջ լիպիդների մակարդակը, բարելավում են ստամոքսաաղիքային տրակտի աշխատանքը:

Յուղոտ ձուկ. հարուստ է Օմեգա-3 ճարպաթթուներով, որոնք անփոխարինելի են սրտանոթային հիվանդություններից պաշտպանվելու և մաշկի առողջության համար:

Կանճրակի և կտավատի յուղեր. ունեն հակաօքսիդանտ և հակաբորբոքային ազդեցություն, պարունակում են պոլիֆենոլներ և վիտամին Е: Դրանք հավելեք աղցաններին ամեն օր, 1-2 գդալ:

Թարմ կանաչի. սամիթը, մաղադանոսը, ռեհանը պարունակում են ֆոլաթթու և ավելի շատ վիտամին С, քան կիտրոնն ու նարինջը:

Հատիկավորներ. կանաչ սիսեռ, լոբի, ոսպ ավելացնել աղցաններին: Մեծ քանակությամբ բջջանյութի պարունակության շնորհիվ դրանք դանդաղեցնում են արյան մեջ շաքարի մուտքը, այրում են ճարպերը:

Նուռ. պաշտպանում է ազատ ռադիկալներից: Խմել նռան հյութ, իսկ հատիկներն ավելացնել քաղցր ուտեստներին:
