Ավան 5 բազմաբնակարանային համալիրի շինարարական աշխատանքերն ընթանում են լայն թափով: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ հունիսի 28-ին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում տեղեկացրեց ՀՀ սպորտի և երիտասարդության հարցերի նախարարի տեղակալ Արսեն Քարամյանը: «Շինարարությունը մեկնարկել է մի քանի ամիս առաջ, լայն թափով ընթանում է, շորջ 2 տարի հետո մենք կունենանք բնակարանամուտ: Մոտ օրերս սպասվում է նոր հողահատկացման հարցի լուծում: Այդպիսով՝ մենք կունենանք այս ծրագրերի գոհարը հանդիսացող քանակական առումով, ճարտարապետական լուծումներով ամենամեծ համալիրը, որը մոտ 700 բնակարան կներառի»,-հայտարարեց փոխնախարարը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ ներկայում 560 վճարունակ, հարկունակ ընտանիք բնակարանի պահանջարկ ունի,որը հնարավոր չի եղել բավարարել, սակայն ծրագրի համակարգողների կողմից եղել է գիտակցումը, որ պետք է այդ մարդկանց խնդիրը լուծել: Արսեն Քարամյանը հիշեցրեց, որ «Բնակարան երիտասարդ ընտանիքներին» ծրագրի շրջանակներում բնակարանի մեկ քառակուսի մետրի արժեքը 560 դոլարին համարժեք դրամ է:
Նշյալ բնակարանային ծրագրից օգտվում են երիտասարդ այն ընտանիքները, որոնք ունեն բնակարանային ապահովության խնդիր, վարկունակ են, թիրախային հատուկ խմբերի ներկայացուցիչներ են, ամուսնական հանրագումարային տարիքը չի գերազանցում 70 տարին:
