Հրազդանի կիրճում տեղի ունեցած սպանության գործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 16-ամյա անչափահասի

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում շարունակվում է Հրազդանի կիրճում հունիսի 23-ին տեղի ունեցած սպանության դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը: Կատարված բազմակողմանի և մեծածավալ քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում ձեռք են բերվել կատարված սպանությանը կասկածյալ Լ.Ստեփանյանի մեղսակցությունը բացառող ապացույցներ և հունիսի 26-ին նա արգելանքից ազատվել է։
Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել ենք, որ 2016թ. հունիսի 23-ին՝ ժամը 23.25-ին, ահազանգ էր ստացվել այն մասին, որ «Սուրբ Սարգիս» եկեղեցուց դեպի Հրազդանի կիրճ տանող ճանապարհին դիակ կա:
Անմիջապես դեպքի վայր է մեկնել քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբը. Հրազդանի կիրճում՝ ատոմային էներգետիկայի ինստիտուտի վարչական շենքից շուրջ 200 մետր հեռավորության վրա գտնվող բաց տարածքում, հայտնաբերվել է 1967թ. ծնված Ա.Պողոսյանի դին՝ գլխի շրջանի բազմաթիվ վնասվածքներով:
Դեպքի առթիվ Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:
2016թ. հունիսի 24-ին՝ ժամը 00.30-ին, «Արմենիա» հանրապետական բժշկական կենտրոնից ստացվել է ևս մեկ ահազանգ, որ «Հրազդան» մարզադաշտի մոտակայքում գտնվող բենզալցակայանի մոտից «գլխի տրավմա» ախտորոշմամբ բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել 45-ամյա Լ.Ստեփանյանը:
Ձեռնարկված անհետաձգելի քննչական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ երկու ահազանգերը փոխկապակցված են. տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ժամանակ 45-ամյա Լ.Ստեփանյանը ստացել է ծանր մարմնական վնաս, իսկ Ա.Պողոսյանը՝ կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի վնասվածք:
Նախնական քննությամբ ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ սպանության կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել էր Լ.Ստեփանյանը, և քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքներ պարզելու նպատակով նշանակվել փորձաքննություններ, իրականացվել անհրաժեշտ քննչական այլ գործողություններ՝ նախնական տվյալները, ցուցմունքներում մատնանշված հանգամանքներն ստուգելու ուղղությամբ։ Արդյունքում՝ ձեռք են բերվել բավարար ապացույցներ, որ Հրազդանի կիրճում տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանությանը մասնակից է եղել նաև երրորդ անձը՝ 16-ամյա մի պատանի, ում ինքնությունը պարզվել է։ Վերջինս հարցաքննվել է, և տրված ցուցմունքները համադրվել գործով ձեռք բերված այլ ապացույցների հետ, որոնց համաձայն՝ անչափահաս տղան է վիճաբանության ժամանակ քարով հարվածել նաև ալկոհոլ օգտագործած Լ.Ստեփանյանի դեմքին, ում փախուստի դիմելուց հետո քարերով հարվածներ է հասցրել նաև Ա.Պողոսյանին։
Ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ Լ.Ստեփանյանը հունիսի 26-ին ազատվել է արգելանքից և ճանաչվել տուժող։ 16-ամյա տղային հունիսի 27-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ և 112-րդ հոդվածների առաջին մասերով։ Միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան՝ նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը կիրառելու վերաբերյալ, ինչը բավարարվել է։
Քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորություննապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
