«Մամուլում տեղեկատվություն է եղել, որ սահմանադրական փոփոխություններով Ղարաբաղն այլևս վարչապետ չի ունենա. չե՞ք տխրում, նախընտրելի՞ է այդ մոդելը ձեզ համար, հարցրեցինք ԼՂ վարչապետ Արա Հարությունյանին։
«Երկրի համար նախընտրելի տարբերակը ներկայացնելու է սահմանադրական հանձնաժողովը, որի ներկայացրածն էլ մեզ համար ընդունելի կլինի»:
Ապրիլյան պատերա՞զմն էր պատճառը, որ այդ աշխատանքային խմբի ժամկետները երկարացվեցին այսքան, կարծես մոդելային փոփոխություններ էլ տեղի ունեցան այս ընթացքում.«Այո, այո, ապրիլյան պատերազմն էր պատճառը»:

«Նախ՝ ես պաշտոնամոլությամբ չեմ տառապում, երկրորդ՝ նման հարցեր քննարկել այս պահին, երբ դեռ հանձնաժողովը որևէ տարբերակի առնչությամբ վերջնական եզրակացություն չի տվել, և, երրորդ, ինձ համար տարբերություն չկա, թե որտեղ եմ ծառայում իմ երկրին՝ բանակո՞ւմ, առաջնագծո՞ւմ, թե՞ որպես վարչապետ. Չունեմ այդ առնչությամբ որևէ կոմպլեքս»,-գրում է թերթը:
