Հայաստանը ՄԱԿ-ում բարձրաձայնել է Ադրբեջանում ու Թուրքիայում տիրող ռասիզմի մասին

Միավորված ազգերի կազմակերպությունում Հայաստանի դիվանագետները բարձրաձայնել են Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի կողմից մարդու իրավունքների ոտնահարումների մասին:Հայաստանի ներկայացուցիչ Մհեր Մարգարյանը ելույթ է ունեցել ՄարդոÖ ‚ իրավունքների հանձնաժողովի 32-րդ նստաշրջանում:
Նա հիշեցրել է Ադրբեջանում ռասիզմի և քսենոֆոբիայի ակնհայտ դրսևորումների մասին, որոնք վերջերս փաստագրվել են Ռասիզմի և անհանդուրժողականության դեմ եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի (ECRI) և Ռասայական խտրականության վերացման հարցերով ՄԱԿ-ի հանձնաժողովի կողմից: Դիվանագետը նշել է, որ ադրբեջանական իշխանությունները պարբերաբար հայտարարում են, թե իրենց երկրում բնակվում են 30 հազար հայեր, մինչդեռ 2009 թվականին անցկացված մարդահամարի տվյալներով միայն 306 մարդ է բնակվում Ադրբեջանում, ովքեր ունեն հայկական ծագում:
«Բազմաթիվ դեպքեր կան, երբ երրորդ երկրի քաղաքացիներին, ովքեր ունեն հայկական ազգանուն, արգելում են մուտք գործել երկիր, պահում են օդանավակայաններում, ապա հետ ուղարկում: Ի՞նչ է դա, եթե ոչ խտրականության ու ռասիզմի ժամանակակից դրսևորում, Դուրբանի հռչակագրի և Ռասիստական խտրականության բոլոր դրսևորումների վերացման մասին կոնվենցիայի խախտում»,- նշել է Մարգարյանը` հորդորելով ադրբեջանական պատվիրակությանը զերծ մնալ հանձնաժողովի շրջանակում ատելության նոր դրսևորումներից:
Խոսելով Թուրքիայի մասին` դիվանագետը հիշեցրել է, թե ինչ անհանդուրժողականություն է տիրում այդ երկրում Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը հրապարակայնորեն ճանաչող հայերի ու թուրքերի նկատմամբ: «Այժմ հասել ենք մի վիճակի, երբ թուրքական ծագում ունեցող քաղաքական գործիչներն այլ երկրներում, որոնք համարձակվում են ընդունել Ցեղասպանությունը կամ քվեարկել դրա լայն ճանաչման օգտին, պիտակավորվում են, Թուրքիայի բարձրագույն իշխանությունները նրանց կոչ են անում արյան լաբորատոր հետազոտություն անցկացնել: Մարդկանց բնորոշումն իրենց արյան բաղադրիչով ոչ այլ ինչ է , քան ռասիզմի և քսենոֆոբիայի դրսևորում»,- ասել է Հայաստանի ներկայացուցիչը` անհրաժեշտ համարելով քննարկել խնդիրը ՄԱԿ-ի մարդու իրավունքների հանձնաժողովի շրջանակում:
