Ֆրանսահայ խոհարարը շոգին դիմակայելու հայկական բաղադրատոմս է առաջարկում

Բերդ քաղաքում 4-րդ տարին անընդմեջ անցկացվող Մեղրի ու հատապտուղների փառատոնի նպատակն է տեղի բնամթերքի և խոհանոցի վերաբերյալ իրազեկվածության բարձրացումը: Ֆրանսիայից ժամանած հայազգի խոհարար Ալեն Ալեքսանյանը տեղում պատրաստում և փառատոնի մասնակիցներին էր հյուրասիրում տարածաշրջանին բնորոշ ըմպելիք' խոտաբույսերով, մեղրով և հատապտուղներով: «Ես Ֆրանսիայից եմ եկել' Ռոնալդ շրջանից, իմ այստեղ գտնվելու նպատակն է տեղի բնական մթերքներն արժևորելը: Մեղրի և հատապտուղների փառատոնին ես հանպատրաստից մի բաղադրատոմս կներկայացնեմ: Եթե օգտվենք ինքնաեռից, կարող ենք շատ խոտերով ստանալ թուրմ, բայց քանի որ շատ խիտ թուրմ է ստացվում, այն խառնում ենք մեղրի հետ, ավելացնում տարբեր հատապտուղներ: Ու քանի որ շատ շոգ է այս պահին, կարող ենք սառը ջուր ավելացնել, ձմռանը' տաք ջուր: Սառը թեյ խմելու փոխարեն, խնդրեմ, դուք ունեք հայկական ծագումով շատ ավելի համեղ ու օգտակար ըմպելիք, որն այսօր պետք է կրի «Մեղրաբույր» անունը»,-ասաց Ալեն Ալեքսանյանը' արդեն պատրաստ ըմպելիքը հյուրասիրելով «Արմենպրես»-ի թղթակիցներին:
Ֆրանսահայ խոհարարի խոսքով' փառատոնները ամենագեղեցիկ պատկերն են հաղորդում Հայաստանին: «Հայաստանում պետք է կարողանանք պաշտպանել բնակչությանը, կարևորը ոչ թե քաղաքականությունը, քաղաքական գործիչներն ու Երևանն են, այլ մարզային բնակչությունը: Ես ավելի շատ գյուղն եմ սիրում, քան քաղաքը»,- եզրափակեց Ալեն Ալեքսանյանը:
2012 թվականից անցկացվող միջոցառմանը մասնակցում են Բերդի ու հարակից շրջանների մեղվապահները, գյուղացիական տնտեսությունները, տարբեր արտադրողներ: Փոքրիկ տաղավարներում նրանք այցելուներին են ներկայացնում իրենց արտադրանքը: Փառատոնի կազմակերպիչը «Տավուշի հոգևոր վերածնունդ» հիմնադրամն է: Շամշադինի մեղրի և հատապտուղների փառատոնն անց է կացվում Բերդի Սորանի այգում' երգի ու պարի, թատերական ներկայացումների, ուրախ զրույցների միջավայրում: Քանի որ փառատոնը համընկնում է Խաղողօրհնեքի հետ, կատարվում է նաև խաղողի օրհնության կարգ:
Բերդ քաղաքը գտնվում է Տավուշ գետի ձախ ափին, Երևանից հեռու է 202 կմ, մարզկենտրոնից՝ 69 կմ, ՀՀ պետական սահմանից՝ 10 կմ: Բնակլիմայական պայմանները՝ գտնվում է բարեխառն գոտում, ամռանը միջին ջերմաստիճանը +21C է: Շրջապատված է ոչ բարձր սարերով։ Քաղաքի մոտ գտնվում են 10-րդ դարի հայկական Տավուշ ամրոցի ավերակները, Նոր Վարագավանք և Խորանաշատ վանքերը, Կիկլոպյան ամրոցը (մ. թ. ա. I հազարամյակ) և Բերդի թանգարանը։ Քաղաքից 2 կմ դեպի արևմուտք' Նավուր գյուղ տանող ճանապարհի ձախ կողմում, է գտնվուÕ ´ միջնադարյան Սուրբ Նշան եկեղեցին, որն անվանվում է նաև Մարիամ Մայրի վանք: 2014 թվականին Բերդում բացվեց նաև Սուրբ Գևորգ եկեղեցին:
