ՀՀ Նախագահն ընդունել է ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահ Ֆրանկ-Վալտեր Շտայնմայերին

ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը հունիսի 29-ի երեկոյան ընդունել է ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահ, Գերմանիայի արտգործնախարար Ֆրանկ-Վալտեր Շտայնմայերին:

Ինչպես  «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության եւ տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Հանրապետության Նախագահը ողջունել է հյուրին մեր երկրում և նշել, որ նրա այցը լավ առիթ է քննարկելու ինչպես ԵԱՀԿ շրջանակներում համագործակցությանը, այնպես էլ հայ-գերմանական երկկողմ օրակարգին վերաբերող հարցեր:

Սերժ Սարգսյանը ևս մեկ անգամ շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Գերմանիայի բարձր ղեկավարությանը՝ ս.թ. ապրիլին ՀՀ Նախագահի Գերմանիա կատարած պաշտոնական այցի ժամանակ ՀՀ պատվիրակությանը բարձր մակարդակով ընդունելու, հետաքրքիր և բովանդակային քննարկումների համար:

Փոխայցերի և երկկողմ շփումների դինամիկան, ՀՀ Նախագահի գնահատմամբ, վկայում է Հայաստանի և Գերմանիայի միջև բարեկամական հարաբերությունների բարձր մակարդակի մասին: Սերժ Սարգսյանն ընդգծել է, որ Հայաստանը Գերմանիան դիտարկում է որպես քաղաքական և տնտեսական կարևոր գործընկեր ու բարեկամ երկիր: Հանրապետության Նախագահը բարձր է գնահատել Հայաստանի սոցիալ-տնտեսական զարգացման նպատակով Գերմանիայի կառավարության կողմից տարիներ շարունակ Հայաստանին տրամադրվող ֆինանսական և տեխնիկական աջակցությունը և այդ համատեքստում շնորհակալություն հայտնել ՀՀ ընտր ական օրենսգրքի բարեփոխման նպատակով Գերմանիայի կառավարության կողմից հատկացված 500 հազար եվրո ֆինանսական աջակցության համար:

Նախագահը գոհունակությամբ է խոսել արտգործնախարար Շտայնմայերի հայաստանյան այցի շրջանակներում ստորագրված նոր փաստաթղթի՝ եկամուտների և գույքի կրկնակի հարկումը բացառելու մասին միջկառավարական համաձայնագրի վերաբերյալ:

Սերժ Սարգսյանը հանդիպման առիթով ևս մեկ անգամ շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Գերմանիայի Բունդեսթագի կողմից ընդունված Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը ճանաչող և դատապարտող բանաձևի համար:

Հանդիպմանն անդրադարձ է եղել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահող երկրների միջնորդությամբ ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորման բանակցային գործընթացի ներկա փուլին և գործընթացն առաջ մղելու հնարավորություններին ու հեռանկարին: Կարևորվել է Վիեննայում և Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում կայացած վերջին հանդիպումների ժամանակ ձեռքբերված պայմանավորվածությունների կատարման ուղղությամբ հետևողական քայլերի իրագործումը՝ տևական խաղաղության և կայունության հասնելու նպատակով:

Զրուցակիցները քննարկել են նաև Հայաստան-Եվրամիություն համագործակցությանը վերաբերող հարցեր: ՀՀ Նախագահը հույս է հայտնել, որ ՀՀ-ԵՄ նոր շրջանակային համաձայնագրի շուրջ բանակցությունները, որոնց չորս փուլն արդեն հաջողությամբ կայացել է, տեսանելի ապագայում կավարտվեն, և կողմերը կունենան հարաբերությունների զարգացմանը միտված նոր փաստաթուղթ:
