Ո՞վ է հաղթողը։ Ո՞վ է ազատ մարդը։ Կարևոր և հետաքրքիր հարցեր են, իսկ պատասխաններն այնքան էլ բարդ չէ գտնելը։ Դուք դառնում եք ազատ, երբ ոչ թե անում եք այն, ինչ ուզում եք, այլ կատարում եք ինքներդ ձեզ տված ձեր խոստումները։ Անում եմ այն, ինչ ուզում եմ և երբ ուզում եմ, ուզում եմ խոսք եմ տալիս, ուզում եմ հետ եմ վերցնում այն։ Ոչ. եթե դուք ձեր կոչումը գտնելու, նորը բացահայտելու և ձեր ուզած կյանքով ապրելու երազանք ունեք, պետք է սովորեք ոչ միայն ինքներդ ձեզ խոսք տալ, այլ նաև այն կատարել,- հայտնում է «Դուք և աշխարհը»։ 

Ահա հաղթող մարդու 6 կանոնները։ Փորձե՛ք կիրառել։

1. Ընտրություն

Մենք հասկանում և գիտակցում ենք, որ այն, ինչ տեղի է ունենում մեր կյանքում, մեր իսկ ընտրության արդյունքն է։ Այնպես որ պետք չէ որևէ մեկին մեղադրել. մենք ենք մեր ճակատագրի հեղինակները, մենք ենք նախագծում մեր կյանքն ու իրագործում այդ «նախագիծը»։

2. Հայելի

Մեզ շրջապատող մարդիկ ու իրադարձությունները մեր հայելին են։ Նրանք արտացոլում են մեր ինքնության տարբեր կողմերը, որոնք մենք հաճախ չենք էլ գիտակցում։ Օրինակ՝ եթե որևէ մեկը ձեզ վիրավորում է, ուրեմն դուք էլ ներքուստ պատրաստ եք վիրավորելու, այնպես որ մի՛ նեղացեք։ Հայելին պարզապես հետադարձ կապն է ապահովում։

3. Անձնական պատասխանատվություն

Մենք պատրաստ ենք պատասխանատվություն վերցնել մեր ընտրության համար և հրաժարվել ցանկացած ինքնարդարացումից. դրանք անօգուտ են։ Մենք պատասխանատու ենք այն ամենի համար, ինչ կատարվում է մեզ հետ։ Իսկ եթե մենք այդ ընտրությունը չենք կատարում, ապա դա մեր փոխարեն մեկ ուրիշն է անում։

4. Սխալներ

Մենք գիտակցում ենք, որ կարող ենք սխալվել մեր ենթադրություններում և կարծիքներում։ Սեփական ճշմարտացիությունից կախվածությունը վաղ թե ուշ բերում է անձնական աղետի։ Մենք թույլ ենք տալիս ինքներս մեզ և ուրիշներին սխալվել։ Չի սխալվում նա, ով ոչինչ չի անում։

5. Համապատասխանություն

Մենք ունենք ճիշտ այն և այնքան, ինչի և ինչքանի «համապատասխանում ենք», ոչ ավել, ոչ պակաս՝ անկախ նրանից դա վերաբերում է հարաբերություններին, պաշտոնին, թե փողին։ Այնպես որ դժգոհություններն անիմաստ են։ Երբ մենք փոխվում ենք, փոխվում են նաև հանգամանքները։ Խոսի՛ր և գործի՛ր միևնույն կերպ։

6. Ներկա. «այստեղ և այս պահին»

Անցյալը չկա, որովհետև արդեն չկա։ Ապագան չկա, որովհետև դեռ չկա։ Անցյալից կախվածությունը դեպրեսիայի է հասցնում, իսկ անհանգստությունը ապագայի նկատմամբ՝ տագնապի։ Միայն ներկան է, որում մենք ապրում և ստեղծագործում ենք։
