Փորձ է կատարվում Լիբանանը ներքաշել մերձավորարևելյան ճգնաժամի մեջ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրուցյում նշեց ՀՀ ԳԱԱ Արևելագիտության ինստիտուտի տնօրեն Ռուբեն Սաֆրաստյանը` անդրադառնալով Լիբանանում հունիսի 27-ին գրանցված ահաբեկչական գործողություններին:
«Լիբանանը շատ փխրուն պետություն է, այնտեղ տարբեր քաղաքական, կրոնական, էթնիկական ուժերի միջև առկա է շատ բարդ հավասարակշռություն: Դրա համար, ես կարծում եմ, որ «Իսլամական պետության» կողմից նպատակ է դրվել այնպես անել, որ այնտեղ կրակ բռնկվի: Դրանից բացի, այստեղ Հըզբոլահի խնդիրը կա: Եթե հաջողվի ներսում իրավիճակը խառնել, ապա դա կթուլացնի Հըզբոլահի դիրքերը, իսկ վերջինս պաշտպանում է Սիրիայի նախագահ Բաշար ալ Ասադին»,-ասաց Ռոբեն Սաֆրաստյանը:
Թուրքագետը նկատեց, որ Լիբանանը հայ ժողովրդի համար չափազաց կարևոր երկիր է, Բեյրութը հոգևոր կյանքի կարևոր կենտրոններից է: «Խորհրդային տարիներին Բերյութում ավելի շատ հայերենով օրաթերթեր էին լույս տեսնում, քան Երևանում: Հիմա էլ այն պահպանում է իր կարևոր նշանակությունը: Այնպես որ, եթե քաղաքացիական պատերազմ սկսվի, ապա դա լուրջ հետևանքներ կունենա հայ համայնքի վրա: Դրանից բացի, Լիբանանը հենարան է Սիրիայից եկող հայերի համար»,-ասաց Ռուբեն Սաֆրաստյանը:
Լիբանանյան «Ազդակ» օրաթերթի գլխավոր խմբագիր Շահան Գանտահարյանը «Արմենպրես»-ին փոխանցեց, որ երկրում վտանգի բարձր մակարդակ է հայտարարված: «Աննախադեպ էր այն առումով, որ 24 ժամվա ընթացքում 9 ահաբեկչական գործողություններ են իրականացվել: Կա 5 զոհ և 28 վիրավոր: Պայթյուն է տեղի ունեցել տարբեր հատվածներում, փախստականների ճամբարի հարևանությամբ, թիրախավորվել է նաև լիբանանյան բանակը: Այսինքն` նկատվում է ցուցադրական, տպավորիչ լինելու միտում: Արդեն գնահատականներ են հնչում, որ փորձ է արվում ահաբեկչական գործողությունները Սիրիայ ից տեղափոխել Լիբանան»,-ասաց Շահան Գանտահարյանը: Նրա խոսքով, մտավախություն կա, որ սա կարող է ունենալ իր շարունակությունը: Շահան Գանտահարյանը նշեց, որ փախստականների ճամբարի շրջանում, որտեղ պայթյուն է տեղի ունեցել, քրիստոնեական գյուղ է: Այդ հատվածներում հայկական թաղամասեր չկան, հայեր չեն ապրում:
Լիբանանի բազմաթիվ կազմակերպություններ, համայնքներ, կուսակցություններ դատապարտել են կատարվածը: Դեպքին արագ արձագանքել է նաև միջազգային հանրությունը: Շահան Գանտահարյանի փոխանցմամբ` պաշտոնական Բերյութը հայտարարություններում նշել է, որ այս գործողություններն իրականացնելով, ահաբեկչական խմբավորումները փորձում են ճանապարհ բացել դեպի ծով:
Չի բացառվում, որ ահաբեկչական գործողություններով պայմանավորված՝ Լիբանանը խստացնի փախստականների ներթափանցման գործընթացը: Այն հարցին, թե վերջին շրջանում ահաբեկչական խմբավորումների կողմից Հալեպի թիրախավորման հետևանքով արդյո՞ք դեպի Լիբանան սիրիահայերի հոսքն ավելացել է, Շահան Գանտահարյանը նշեց, որ զանգվածային հոսք չի նկատվում:
«Բնական է, որ որոշակի ակտիվացում լինում է, որովհետև որտեղ էլ գնան՝ ԱՄՆ, Եվրոպա, թե Հայաստան, առաջին կանգառը Լիբանանն է»,-հավելեց Շահան Գանտահարյանը:
