Բաքուն ԱՄՆ-ի նախկին դեսպան Էվանսին մտցրել է իր զավեշտալի «սեւ ցուցակ»

Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը շարունակում է ընդլայնել «առանց Բաքվի թույլտվության» Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետություն այցելող անձանց համար հատուկ մշակած տխրահռչակ «սեւ ցուցակը»` այս անգամ նրա մեջ մտցնելով Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ-ի նախկին դեսպան Ջոն Էվանսին:
Այս մասին վկայակոչելով ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ները, հայտարարել է Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-իպաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Հիքմեթ Հաջիեւը` դապատճառաբանելով այն բանով, որ ԱՄՆ-ի նախկին դեսպանն Արցախի Հանրապետություն է այցելել` չստանալով իրենց գերատեսչության «թույլտվությունը»:
Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն Էվանսի այցը Ստեփանակերտ գնահատել է որպես «ներկայիս զգայուն պահին իրավիճակը մտադրված սրելու նպատակով արված քայլ»:
Ջոն Էվանսը Արցախ է այցելել Հայաստանի մանուկներ հիմնադրամի նախագահ, տնօրենների խորհրդի ատենապետ Գարո Արմենի եւ գործադիր տնօրեն Անուշ Եդիգարյանի հետ: Նա հանդիսանում է տնօրենների խորհրդի խորհրդական: Արցախի Հանրապետության ղեկավարության հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերը քննարկել են հիմնադրամի եւ Արցախի կառույցների միջեւ մարդասիրական` մասնավորապես, կրթության եւ առողջապահության ոլորտներում համագործակցության հեռանկարները:
Articolo21.org կայքն ավելի վաղ հայտնել է, որ Բաքվի իշխանությունների անցանկալի անձանց «սեւ ցուցակում» ընդգրկված են ամբողջ աշխարհի տարբեր երկրներից 532 անձանց անուններ: Դրանց մեջ են հայտնի քաղաքական եւ հասարակական գործիչներ, թատերական կոլեկտիվներ, գրողներ, լրագրողներ, 20 իտալացիներ, աշխարհառհչակ երգչուհիներ Կաբալյեն, Կազարնովսկայան: Նրանք բոլորը Բաքվի այդ զավեշտալի ցուցակում հայտնվել են միայն այն պատճառով, որ «մեղավոր են» իրենց գործունեության հետ կապված ԼՂՀ այցելության մեջ:
Այդ ցուցակից ԼՂՀ այցելող յուրաքանչյուր ոք հայտարարել է, որ մեղմ ասած` թքած ունի այդ «սեւ ցուցակի» վրա, քանի որ այն հանդիսանում է անմիջական հարձակում իր եւ կարծիք արտահայտելու ազատության վրա:
