 Բարաք Օբամայի վարչակազմը Ռուսաստանին նոր ռազմական գործընկերություն Է առաջարկել Սիրիայում:

Ինչպես հաղորդել Է Washington Post-ը, խոսքը վերաբերում Է ծայրահեղականներին դիմակայելու գործում երկու երկրների ռազմական փոխգործակցության խորացմանը: Փոխարենը Սիրիայի կառավարական զորքերը պետք Է դադարեցնեն հարվածները տեղի այն զինված կազմավորումներին, որոնց աջակցում Է ԱՄՆ-ը, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը:

Հրապարակման համաձայն՝ ենթադրվող պայմանավորվածության տեքստը Ռուսաստանի իշխանություններին Է փոխանցվել հունիսի 27-ին՝ «վարչակազմում կայացած մի քանի շաբաթվա բանակցություններից ու ներքին բանավեճերից հետո»: Այդ մասին անունը չհայտնելու պայմանով հրատարակությանը պատմել Է ամերիկացի մի պաշտոնյա:

«Գործարքի բովանդակությունն այն Է, որ ԱՄՆ-ը խոստանում Է միավորել ջանքերը Ռուսաստանի օդատիեզերական ուժերի հետ, որպեսզի տվյալներ փոխանակեն թիրախների վերաբերյալ եւ համակարգեն ռմբային հարվածների ընդլայնված արշավը «Ջեբհաթ ան Նուսրայի» դեմ, որը կռվում Է հիմնականում Սիրիայի նախագահ Բաշար Ասադի կառավարության ուժերի դեմ»,-գրում ԷWashington Post-ը:

Թերթի տվյալներով՝ առաջարկությանը «անձամբ հավանություն Է տվել նախագահ Օբաման՝ պետքարտուղար Ջոն Քերիի ակտիվ աջակցությամբ»:

Հրապարակման մեջ նշվում Է, որ Ռուսաստանը վաղուց Էր ԱՄՆ-ին առաջարկում իրապես համակարգել ռազմական գործողությունները Սիրիայում, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
