Ապրիլին Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիան Արցախին հասցրել է մոտ 779 միլիոն դրամի վնաս

Ապրիլին Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած լայնածավալ ագրեսիայի հետ կապված քրեական գործի շրջանակում ավելի քան 850 մարդ տուժող է ճանաչվել: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին հայտնեցին ԼՂՀ գլխավոր դատախազության մամլո ծառայությունից, քրեական գործը բաղկացած է 45 հատորից, յուրաքանչյուրը՝ 250 է ջ:
Գործի նյութերի համաձայն՝ ագրեսիայի հետևանքով 4 քաղաքացիական անձ է սպանվել, այդ թվում՝ մեկ անչափահաս: Երեք տարեցների մարմինները ծաղրի են ենթարկվել (կտրել են նրանց ականջները) ադրբեջանցի զինծառայողների կողմից: Տուժող ճանաչված քաղաքացիներից 226-ը Մատաղիսի բնակիչներ են, 130-ը՝ Թալիշի, 54-ը՝ Մարտակերտի, 269-ը՝ Մարտունու, 2-ը՝ Հադրութի, 1-ը՝ Ասկերանի:
Տուժող ճանաչված քաղաքացիներից ևս 185-ը Հայաստանում են: Գործով 341 նյութատեխնիկական փորձաքննություն է նշանակվել (տներ, ճանապարհներ, գյուղտեխնիկա): 282 փորձաքննությունների արդյունքներն արդեն ստացվել են:
Դրանց մասով հասցված վնասը գնահատվում է 778 մլն 899 հազար դրամ: Հետաքննության շրջանակում զննության են ենթարկվել տուժած բնակավայրերի տներ և շինություններ. Թալիշում՝ 190 շինություն, այդ թվում՝ 167 բնակելի տուն, 1 եկեղեցի, 1 դպրոց և 1 մանկապարտեզ, 1 ալրաղաց, 2 հանդիսասրահ, 4 խանութ, 1 հացագործարան, 1 գյուղական վարչակազմի շենք, 8 ֆերմա:
Մատաղիսում՝ 46 տուն, երկու ՀԷԿ՝ «Մատաղիս 1» և «Մատաղիս 2», 1 դպրոց և 1 մանկապարտեզ, «Ղ-Տելեկոմի» 1 աշտարակ, Մարտակերտում՝ 92 բնակելի տուն, 1 դպրոց և 1 մանկապարտեզ, 1 խանութ, տեխսպասարկման կետ, գազատար, «Արցախէներգոյի» մասնաճյուղ, էլեկտրական ցանցեր:
Մարտունու շրջանի Ներքին Ճարտար գյուղում՝ 3 բնակելի տուն և դպրոց (այստեղ է սպանվել 12-ամյա Վաղինակ Գրիգորյանը):
