Կաղամբի տերևներ

Կաղամբի տերևը որպես դեղամիջոց օգտագործելուց առաջ հարկավոր է այն եռացրած ջրի մեջ դնել, հանել ու կաղամբի տերևի վրայի ջուրը չորացնել: Եթե հավանականություն կա, որ նման բուժումը կարող է առաջացնել ալերգիկ հետևանքներ, լավ կլինի այն չկիրառել:

1.    Վնասվածքներ ու քերծվածքներ

Վնասված հատվածի վրա դնել թարմ կաղամբի տերև, վիրակապով ֆիքսել այն ու թողնել ամբողջ գիշեր: Առավոտյան այտուցվածությունը կիջնի, իսկ ցավը կմեղմանա: Եթե այնուամենայնիվ այտուցվածությունը գիշերվա ընթացքում չի անցնի ու վնասված հատվածը կսկսի ավելի ուժեղ ցավել, ապա այդ դեպքում խորհուրդ է տրվում դիմել բժիշկի:

2.    Միջատների խայթոց

Կաղամբի տերևները թեթևացնում են միջատների խայթման հետևանքով առաջացած ցավային զգացողությունը: Նրանք կլանում են ու խայթոցից այտուցված հատվածից  դուրս են բերում ջերմությունն ու ցավը:

3.    Գլխացավ

Կաղամբի տերևը կարող է նաև անցկացնել գլխացավն ու ջերմությունը: Հարկավոր է քունքերի վրա դնել կաղամբի տերև ու գլուխը փաթաթել սրբիչով: Այն օգնում է անգամ միգրենի դեպքում:

4.    Կրծքում առաջացած ցավեր

Կրծքով կերակրելու ընթացքում կանաց մոտ հաճախակի առաջանում են ցավոտ այտուցվածություն ու ձգվածության զգացողություն: Կերակրող մայրերի համար ժողովրդական այս միջոցը բավականին արդյունավետ կարող է լինել: Բուժիչ կոմպրեսի համար հարկավոր է ընտրել մեծ կաղամբի տերև, նախապես այն լվանալ, կտրել «երակներն» ու կոպիտ հատվածները:

Այս մեթոդը կարելի է օգտագործել նաև  մաստոպատիայի ու կրծքում առաջացած ցավերի դեպքում, որոնք ուղեկցում են  նախադաշտանային սինդրոմին:
